U-Roof have supplied me with 2 steel frames to my specification. Both used as starting point for garden rooms/ offices. Cannot recommend the whole team enough. From design to advice regarding insulation, cladding and roofing, the whole support package is excellent! finished first in timber, the second in composite.
From start to finish it was a pleasure working with this company . Really easy organising and designing the structure. With the virtual sr cad drawing . The delivery was great and putting the structure together was really easy and quick. The plans were easy to follow . Would highly Recomended !

After some issues with planning, we finally purchased our u-roof for a granny annex. The design team were amazing. Could not be more helpful. Changed things easily when asked. Delivery was great. Building was simple and quick. After service questions were answered quickly and easily. Many thanks Gary. We haven't completed build yet due to holidays, but will post final photos later.
Excellent customer service and products. I am very impressed with the steel frame and the way Gary and Curtis handled the order from start to finish. If you are looking for a garage or garden building then in my opinion buying a u-roof frame gives a far superior finish to an equivalent timber frame.
Fully recommend U-Roof! I had a tailor made design based on one of their bespoke garden rooms. I changed dimensions to suit my application and they were happy to accommodate. Plus, all structural calculations were done during design phase. All in all, quality product made to last. Very happy with the outcome.
I used colour clad insulated panels for the walls. A warm roof system with 100mm insulation and rubber roof. Insulated the front and clad with western red cedar.
Bough a bespoke garden frame off Uroof in April / May 2024 for what turned out to be an epic build. The frame was the easy part as it went together really well. We needed the frame adjusting to be within 2.5m to comply with regulations. The guys toook this into account no problem at all. Made the internal height a bit lower but still an excellent building for all round family entertainment...would highly recommend Uroof

They helped me design by outbuilding.
The process was super easy and the construction just as easy.
At times I called them for advice,with them always being available to talk.( Thanks Gary).
I would recommend this company to any wanting a steal framed building.
The price I was given including delivery was extremely competitive.
My only advice would be, make sure you have friends or niebours available to help un-load
As some of the sections were heavy.

Using a LGSF for my parents annex was such a simple solution. U-Roof are extremely helpful and you get a complete 3D CAD image to check before the panels are made. Delivery was as scheduled and the frame took a little over two days to complete.
I thought screwing the plasterboard to the ceiling would be hard work but the self tapping screws made light work and hold extremely well.
The structure is very solid and doesn't seem to expand like a timber frame would so there are no settlement cracks after 9 months.
I'm really pleased with the entire service from U-Roof and will definitely use them again and again.

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out what was my best option as far as plans go Gary assisted me though the whole thing and was so helpful and friendly. once I had made my mind up I was contacted by Jake to confirm my layout with such a professional manor. I went to pick up my order and again the guys were helpful and friendly. all I can say is wow what a company and great team of employee's

I’m not overly impressed with the design vs the cost. I asked for a smart approach to the roof and they didn’t really do it. The fabrication isn’t what I’d consider quality either, a number of rivits had failed and the braces aren't at all strong. They communicate well but the end product was disappointing. The corners they don’t design to allow a fit. And one panel had a dent in it.
