I would highly recommend Orlando Luxury Massage Chairs for anyone considering a quality massage chair. Product selection and quality of service were both excellent. We were allowed to take our time and try out multiple chairs over multiple visits to make sure that we found the one we liked the best. At no point during our visits were we pressured to buy something, and once we made a decision there was no up-selling or bait and switch - it was truly a great experience. The white glove delivery service was just as excellent, with delivery being on time and care taken to ensure nothing was damaged during the process and that everything worked afterwords. I've honestly never had such a pleasant experience buying something. I wish every other company would learn from from these folks.

First review ever and here it goes: I had the Daiwa Pegasus for roughly two years but gave it away to my son-in-law. Amazing chair, no complaints but budgets not the same as it used to be. I found this place to get a new one. First look, I was little upset they didn't have my Daiwa chair, but when the guy showed me around, the options here are very high quality. My Daiwa was really advanced but these chairs had more features and felt different. The guy let me try all the chairs and I fell in love with this chair Bodyfriend NEO. They have a lot of bodyfriend chairs there but try that one when you go. The Daiwa Pegasus served me well for couple years but the functions of the Bodyfriend NEO and the pressure it gives is in my opinion a lot better. The chair is roughly same price as my old chair, so I told him I'd get the cheaper bodyfriend, but he told me they have a 5 yr payment plan with no interest going for this month. So I am now sitting on my new chair with my laptop writing this review, fighting to fall asleep. Play hard, rest HARDER! Goodnight everyone

Honestly, wasn’t sure I’d find the chair I was looking for as I checked other spots out, but the quality of chairs here are next level. They let me try every chair I want and even guided me to exactly what I needed. The best part was how transparent they were with everything, they weren’t trying to sell me a chair, they were legitimately trying to help me out. I got the bodyfriend one, and you just got to try this baby out. It makes me feel so light I feel like I became one with the wind. Anyways, great service, amazing chairs, PHENOMENAL results! And they called me a week or two after to see how everything was, just unbelievable 💪

Had visited numerous places looking at chairs, so when we walked into this store we knew we were at the right place! Hyun was so helpful and patient with all our questions. She was not pushy like all the other sales people we have met. She asked why we wanted a chair and then gave us options. We had to leave the first visit due to family obligations and she did not pressure us for a purchase, she just wished us a Happy New Year. We returned the next day and she was just as pleasant and sweet as before! We purchased an Infinity chair this visit. Ji deliver our chair a few days later and he too went over and above!! He set up the chair and made sure we knew how to work the chair. We could not be more pleased with our new chair and both of us are sleeping without pain! We also met 2 of the nicest people you could ever meet!! They texted us after the delivery thanking us again and stating they will follow up with us in a week in case we had an additional questions! Cannot recommend Hyun and Ji enough!! Thank you!!!!!!!
