Liz was recommended to me by a close friend as I was looking to move back to Indianapolis from New Jersey. We hit it off the first time we met and even though I told her I was probably a year from actually moving, she was more than willing to help. She sent me info on homes and when I saw something I thought I might be interested in, she did the research and let me know about the pros and cons. On several occasions, she went to the home on my behalf since I was still in New Jersey and would facetime me or provide info and her insights, which I really appreciated. Liz is knowledgeable and a wonderful person to work with. When I had doubts about a home or situation we would talk through the issues as well as get to what I was truly feeling, not just what I was thinking. Liz is very professional and really knows her marketplace. There was never any pressure. I would highly recommend Liz to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home in the area.

This was the second time in 2 years that I’ve had the pleasure of working with Liz, the first being the sale of my mother’s home. Our experience with Liz in selling our own home was equally great. At the outset, she thoroughly explained the entire process from getting comps to set a selling price all the way through to closing the sale. Her resource people that help with staging and photos are also very talented and know how to make a home look good to market it. While we did hit a bump in the road near the end of the process, Liz had correctly anticipated its possibility and prepared us for it way in advance. We were very satisfied with the outcome. Liz is very professional, personable, easy to work with, responsive, and always on top of things. I highly recommend her and would undoubtedly use her services again.
