If you write a bad check and you're taken to court, the attorney suing you for it comes with the copy of the check, they have to prove that you wrote a back check. Likewise with mortgages they have to prove that they own it. Attorneys for the banks are writing fraudulent affidavits that they have the paperwork when they don't. I don't know how much money they get paid, but in my opinion NOTHING should intervene between a law license and the truth. If banks committed fraud then lawyers need to ask their clients to own it. Had it not been for DEFEND THE FORECLOSURE team I would have never found out how far greed and shoving into lawyers that they need to lie for them banks do. DEFEND THE FORECLOSURE is very affordable, PayPal has payment plans so don't be pushed out from your home, fight with tooth and nail.DEFEND THE FORECLOSURE is a great affordable option.
