Peter gave us great advice to focus on picking a neighbourhood first, and even gave us a few suggestions based on what he learned about us in an intro call (spoiler alert: Trend Arlington and Qualicum were his picks). It was really good advice and after looking at dozens of neighbourhoods ourselves, we landed on Trend Arlington and couldn't be happier. Peter showed several homes to us, always giving good advice on things to look out for, and when we finally found a home we loved he helped us execute the deal. It was a competitive situation, which is ultra stressful (especially for first time homebuyers), but we knew we wanted the house and Peter helped us negotiate a price (without overpaying). We couldn't be happier with the neighbourhood, the house, and the price. We needed to get some renovations done too and Peter connected us with various skilled and reputable folks in the industry, and now our renos are underway. Ten stars if there was such thing ! We did a whirlwind five day house hunting trip with Peter and found our perfect house. When I learned we were transferring to Ottawa I googled like mad and always came across Peters “living in Ottawa” videos . These were crucial to helping me narrow down what areas would work best for my family as I had never been to the province.
