We first came across Peter through his “Living in Ottawa” videos on YouTube. They gave us a wonderful introduction to the city and Peter’s videos really let us experience the city and its various neighbourhoods!
Moving countries is never easy, but Peter helped make the transition a lot smoother. We contacted him several months prior to our move to discuss buying a home in Ottawa. He helped us to organise our short-term accommodation and even connected with super helpful folks at the banks. His strong network of contacts has helped make the home-buying process easy – from the home inspection, to the financing, to the lawyers, and even recommending contractors/designers for home improvement. As a new immigrant and home-owner, he has guided us through what can be a stressful process and helped us make good decisions at every step!
If you’re thinking of moving to Ottawa from another country, you really can’t go wrong with Peter!

I remember coming across Peter’s videos on the Living in Ottawa YouTube channel when we first decided to move to Ottawa. His warm and friendly demeanor coupled with his extensive knowledge of Ottawa motivated us to reach out to him! Working with him as our realtor was the best decision we ever made! He’s the best Ottawa realtor – the experience was seamless and we felt well-taken care of! We were in touch with him for six months before our move.
He put us in touch with mortgage brokers from different banks and companies, helped us get temporary accommodation before we landed, helped us figure out the type of house we were looking for and narrow down the neighbourhoods we wanted to live in! He’s been a bastion of support and is still the first person we think of when we have questions about anything! It was lovely knowing that there was someone reliable to help us make this big move.
You can see that Peter loves his work and is always trying to improve things for those who work with him! When he saw our young child bored while visiting homes, he immediately came up with ways to make it interesting for her and to keep children engaged while parents discussed the finer details.
As a new immigrant and homeowner, he gives sound and good advice about the homes and problems that could crop up in the future! This has been the best experience we’ve had buying realty! Thank you, Peter, for being awesome!

If you’re moving over to Ottawa and looking for a place to live, Peter is your man. I think I would’ve hit a lot of walls if he hadn’t been around explaining how the renting process works here in Ottawa. Additionally his guidance on the different areas and neighborhoods, was invaluable and very spot on.

Wow wow wow! Peter is by far the most knowledgeable, friendly, persistent, professional, and helpful real estate broker we have worked with. Immediately after our first introductory meeting he provided us with helpful tools and resources to find our new home. He counseled us throughout the whole process from defining key neighborhoods of interest to understanding the differences between the home purchase process in Ontario vs. Quebec (where are relocating from).
