My experience was not good at all, beyond terrible, and I would never recommend this place.
First, I had an appointment scheduled with the owner, but at the time of my appointment, I was unexpectedly switched to another provider without any prior notice.
Then, I was quoted one price for the procedure, but later I was charged a significantly higher price.
The procedure itself was a disaster. For 10 days, my face was extremely red, inflamed, and covered with bruising under my eyes due to how aggressively the machine was used. No one asked about my skin sensitivity before performing the treatment. The main concern seemed to be charging more money rather than ensuring patient safety and comfort.
In addition, I had to wait on the treatment bed for over 30 minutes just for my blood to be drawn. This should have been done beforehand to respect the patient’s time and avoid delaying the procedure.
Overall, what concerns me most is how little regard there seemed to be for the damage being done to my skin. Rather than a relaxing spa experience, it was extremely unpleasant and distressing.
I definitely do not recommend this place. This is the first review I have ever written, but I strongly believe that experiences like this should never happen under any circumstances.
