I applied through Live and Study Europe for my visa process. At first, things moved very quickly — after I paid for the premium package, transactions were handled efficiently by Evegini, and I received my work permit without delays. That part was professional.
But when it came to the most important stage — preparing documents for the visa interview and appeal — the support was terribly very disappointing. The embassy asked for very specific documents, especially clarifying who my real employer was and the temporary nature of my contract. These were never provided. Even after I repeatedly asked for corrected documents, I was told that what they had already sent me was “enough.” It clearly wasn’t, because my visa was refused, partly due to incomplete or unclear documentation from the employer which could have been a simple thing to do, since our agreement showed they would provide this.
Tetiana, who was my main contact later, did not provide the 'detailed' , 'corrected' letters I asked for. This left me unsupported at the most crucial point of the process. It felt like once I had paid and received the work permit, the follow-up help with the visa was We zero to minimal. Even my email responses from her started to take longer than before.
In short: they are quick in processing work permits, but they fail to provide full, embassy-ready documentation and proper support for the visa stage which is the main point. Anyone using this agency should be aware that without these documents, the embassy can and will refuse your visa. Tread with caution and beware that this might just be for purpose of them getting money for using their agency and nothing else.

While the services offered are genuine, there are some areas I believe require improvement, which is why I am giving a 3-star rating.
Firstly, the no-refund policy in the event of a visa refusal is not made clear at the outset. I believe this should be explicitly stated in the contract, especially for applicants from countries with lower visa success rates, such as Nigeria.
Secondly, the cover letter provided for the initial work visa application could be stronger. For younger applicants (ages 19–29), whose main ties are often limited to employment and immediate family, it is important that the letter makes a more compelling case. Without this, applicants risk being denied on the grounds that the visa officer is not sufficiently convinced they will return once their visa expires.
I recommend that Live and Study in Europe provide clearer guidance to applicants about their realistic chances of success, particularly given the strict no-refund policy. This would help manage expectations and ensure applicants make fully informed decisions.

One of the worst agency. I started my process with them on jan 2024, provided me workpermit after 7 months that too is fake. For a post of warehouse they’re providing workpermit with a salary of 9000 pln/ month which is not possible for unskilled job. Skilled people earn that much money. Secondly they say they will provide services like counselling, visa application etc but in reality they’ll not do anything. They will only provide fake permit and rest everything has to be done by yourself. Lost 1300 € and 1 year and 8 months because of them. After they send me fake permit they’ve not even contacted once whether i’m getting any appointments or do i need help in something. My manger name was alina bashnynska and customer agent name was tetiana. They’re fake agency.

I’m giving 5 star because of the timely responses by my manager Maksym, good humor, and kind approach to matters. And finally my work permit is out. Live and study in Europe is no doubt No. 1 and possibly the only genuine platform to relocate to Europe. I am always skeptical when it get to trying out things especially when money is involved, but tested and trusted and highly recommend live and study in Europe to anyone whom their services intrigued.
