GOOD DAY Live and Study in Europe Team. I HAVE WRITTEN BOTH MR Volodymyr Chupryna and TETIANA HLADUN as my support team manager But none have replied me yet for weeks now. I was made to understand that I'll be guided through out the entire process and some one will be assigned to attend to my aid I'm facing challenges with the process, I've paid fully and It's a surprise that even text messages and mails are not replied. Delivering work permit doesn't mark the end of the process else there are other sites with same service. I would really be grateful if I'm attended to as promised.

Please, I wanna ask to be sure before I go ahead to agree with their terms, do they take money before granting you the work?
