Finding Little Flower day care in Lacey was a blessing. It’s a cozy, safe environment that feels like an extension of our family. The communication is open and honest, and they are always accommodating to our needs. My daughter has made so many friends and loves the creative playtime.
Director Missy is amazing and approachable. I personally love their Pre K teacher LaTonya and infant room teachers Shannon and Neveha. I know with them my child is in good hands. The student teacher ratio is 4:1 for infants. Kids get the attention they need at this tender age. Pre K teacher student ratio is 10:1, which is hard to find in daycares around this area. All of the teachers are CPR trained and enrolled in Early childhood education with required trainings through DCYF. It feels safe, and it feels home with Little Flower. I would highly recommend Little Flower to anyone who is looking for the best daycare in town.
My granddaughter loves thus center. Her parents have moved a few times due to the military. But this center I can actually see the difference in my granddaughters attitude. She just seems so much happier. The director Missy and her assistant Sara seem to genuinely care about each child. It is so nice not to have to worry about my granddaughter now. I know she is learning and enjoying her time there. I would highly recommend this center to anyone. Just talk to Missy or Sara to see how much they care about this center
My baby has been in the infant classroom since February 2025. The infant room teachers, Shannon, Susan, and Nevaeh, are fantastic. I feel confident leaving my baby with them, as I know they care about the children in their care as if they are their own family.
I also want to shout out the new director, Missy and assistant director, Sarah. It’s nice to be greeted as I enter with smiling faces and I can tell that their leadership and good attitudes have gone a long way in brightening the atmosphere of the center. The teachers all seem quite a bit happier under their guidance, which as a parent, I think is super important.
Teacher Jess and Director Missy just recently switched to the Lacey daycare from the Tumwater location. Naturally I switched to the Lacey location due to them. While we are still getting to know the other staff at the Lacey location they as in director Missy and Teacher Jess are amazing. They have been patient with him as he transitioned from a relative watching to the center watching him. They are awesome and my grandson has fun.
My grandson attends this daycare. He absolutely loves his teacher Jess and the director Missy. Missy takes my grandson under her wing and prints him paw patrol pictures to color which makes it easier transition for me to go to work. Teacher Jess snuggles my grandson when he needs and to top it off he is learning so much. I highly recommend this daycare. I am just getting to know the other employees at this location but they are very friendly and kind.
My little one is very person particular and her teacher Jess and the director of the center Missy from day one have made my daughter feel welcomed. They have slowly gotten her to open up and have allowed her to be herself in her time. Seeing how comfortable she is when I drop her off warms my heart. Highly recommend!
This location of Little Flowers has been under new management as of recently and the changes I have seen this center go through over the last month even have been amazing to watch. The staff is happy and smiling everytime we walk in. The activities we see are age appropriate and themed. I can't say enough good things about Missy and the changes she has made to this location
