Terrible room cleaning service. There is no night shift to respond to guests’ needs during the night. Our room ran out of liquid soap, and the reception was closed. It couldn’t have been worse than this.

While our on-site team is available every day until 10 pm, we're reachable around the clock by phone and WhatsApp; for urgent matters, a call is the quickest way to get immediate support. Our night manager can assist with guest needs, including sending someone onsite for emergencies. We want every stay to feel easy and well cared for, and it’s clear this fell short of that ideal for you.

Super tolles, kleines, stilvolles, ruhiges (!) und gemütliches Hotel mitten in Berlin. Ich war restlos begeistert und würde sofort wiederkommen. Das Hotel liegt in einem Hinterhof, so dass es eine totale Ruhe-Oase mitten in der Grossstadt bietet. Da ich einen sehr leichten Schlaf habe war das ein Volltreffer, ich hab geschlafen wie ein Baby. Bereits deine Begrüssung beim Check-in hat die Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des jungen Teams widerspiegelt, die sich durch den ganzen Aufenthalt gezogen hat. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und schön präsentiert, mein absolutes Highlight was die Kaffee-Flatrate für alle🤩 eine grandiose Idee Ich war rundum zufrieden, habe das Hotel bereits wärmstens weiter empfohlen und mein nächster Aufenthalt in Berlin wird mich sicher wieder hierher führen!

The location is definitely excellent. The price is good. Unfortunately, there's no wardarobe (there's an open clothes rack), so the room always looks a bit messy, which I don't like. The cleanliness of the room is certainly excellent, as is that of the breakfast room. However, the carpeted stairs leading to the room had a cigarette butt on the same step for the entire five days of my stay, a sign that no one had vacuumed the place in five days. Overall, the experience was positive.

I was pleasantly surprised by everything about my stay at Hotel CALMA Berlin Mitte! The quiet room had everything I needed and was a great value. The location is convenient to tour Berlin (most sites are walkable and Fotographiska is nearby and open late) and explore excellent restaurants. Check-in was made easy by friendly staff and a smooth online registration. I was traveling solo in an unfamiliar city and I felt very safe. Everything felt effortless and welcoming — I’ll definitely be back and will consider your other hotels in the future!

Lage ist gut, gute ÖPNV- Erreichbarkeit. Leider stand beim Buchen nicht dabei, dass die Dusche sich im Zimmer befindet. Die Toilette verfügt nur über ein kleines Waschbecken und eine Schiebetür. Eine Ablagefläche am Bett für Wasser oder Handy wäre schön. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut! Dass es 13min nach dem Checkout schon an der Zimmertür geklopft hat, ist mir bisher in keinem Hotel passiert...

Es tut mir leid, dass das offene Duschkonzept und die Aufteilung von WC und Waschbecken nicht Deinen Erwartungen entsprochen haben. Wir nehmen Dein Feedback zum Badezimmerdesign gern mit in unsere Planungen für künftige Anpassungen – immer mit Blick auf die baulichen Möglichkeiten unseres historischen Hauses. Auch der Hinweis zur fehlenden Ablage am Bett ist hilfreich; solche Details machen im Alltag wirklich einen Unterschied.

Beim nächsten Besuch beraten wir Dich gern zu einer Zimmerkategorie, die Deinem Raumgefühl besser entspricht, und natürlich zu unseren ruhigen Hoflagen in Mitte.

Dass kurz nach Checkout an der Tür geklopft wurde, war für Dich offenbar zu früh – danke fürs Ansprechen. Unser Anspruch ist ein entspanntes Auschecken ohne Hetze, und wir bedauern, dass der Moment für Dich nicht stimmig war.

Geheimtipp fürGrrossstadt-Nerds ☺ Was soll ich sagen, einfach genial. Ich war 3 Mal da, sehr nettes Personal, super Lage & -für mich - ein Geheimtipp. Ich war überrascht^^. Familiär mitten in der Stadt eine eigene kleine Insel, komme sicherlich sehr gerne wieder.😉🙋 ☹ Schade, dass das Frühstück so teuer ist, dafür find ich es super, dass es Nachmittags den Kaffe umsonst gibt. 😉

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt ☺ Ein nettes Hotel mitten in Berlin Die Zimmer waren wirklich tip top und sehr sauber! Personal auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist sehr zentral daher sind auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichbar. Ansonsten U-S- und Trambahnstation 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt
