Caleb quickly found our issue, and because it was unsafe, they had it fixed in no time. Jordy was great, kept us informed, turned up when he said he would, and left the place clean and tidy.
Would definitely recommend!

Caleb was great. He was considered in his assessment of our building, wiring, and potential locations for a solar system install. He also serviced our heat pump while here and we couldn’t be more impressed with him and Lite Energy.

I had a great quoting experience with Lite Energy. The team (led by Max) was responsive, honest, and thorough—clear proposal, transparent line items, and helpful guidance on solar + EV charging. Even though I ended up going a different direction for this particular install, their professionalism and communication were outstanding. I’ll gladly come back to Lite Energy for future work. Recently had our gas appliances (cooktop and cylinder) removed and replaced by Lite Energy. While it took us about six months to finally decide to take up the quote, Max was more than welcoming to pickup where I'd left off. I came with piles of questions, which Caleb, Max and Ash were able always happy to help with. The team were professional and effecient on the day, and helped me to install an app for the smart relay. In the end I'm over the moon without gas - our home doesn't have that awful lingering gas smell, our hot water is a lot cleaner (not gas fault but clearly an old cylinder), we are doing better for the environment, and best of all, saving money already (with the smart relay switch timing when we heat hot water, and the removal of gas, probably looking at minimum $100 a month savings).

We had the team from Lite Energy install a ducted AC system along with solar, and we were very happy with experience. The team were fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process, from the initial site visit to the completed install.
Max provided a very detailed quote of the works to be down, and was responsive to my many questions. We were super happy with how confident they were about being able to get HVAC into the whole home despite some tight roof space in parts of the home.
Onsite Max, Caleb, Ben, Tom and Leo were super friendly, professional, communicated clearly about everything that was being done, and were receptive of feedback. The were extremely accommodating in dealing with us as clients, our baby with nap times, and our small barky dog who enjoyed getting pats once he had vetted the team on arrival each morning.
There were a couple of additional works that we got done as part of the job, and nothing was ever a problem. Any challenges encountered the team quickly identified a neat solution around it.
It's great to be able to cool our home on the hot summer days, and we look forward to be able to keep the whole home warm in the winter.
Lite Energy will be my go to for any future electrical works. I'd highly recommend the team if you’re looking for a hardworking, friendly, and skilled team.

We recently had the team from Lite Energy complete a big job at our place, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Max and Caleb were fantastic to deal with from the very first quote, and Ben and Tom did an amazing job on-site. Everyone was super professional, communicated clearly, and always left the place tidy.
We ended up changing our minds a couple of times about where we wanted things, and they were so accommodating — nothing was ever a problem. The team worked quickly and efficiently, installing new lighting throughout the house, adding new power points and fittings, upgrading our switchboard, installing HVAC, and replacing the connection to the house.
They were also absolute legends with our dog Letty, who adored having them around.
Highly recommend Lite Energy if you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and skilled team. We’ll definitely be using them again!
