We had the team from Lite Energy install a ducted AC system along with solar, and we were very happy with experience. The team were fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process, from the initial site visit to the completed install.
Max provided a very detailed quote of the works to be down, and was responsive to my many questions. We were super happy with how confident they were about being able to get HVAC into the whole home despite some tight roof space in parts of the home.
Onsite Max, Caleb, Ben, Tom and Leo were super friendly, professional, communicated clearly about everything that was being done, and were receptive of feedback. The were extremely accommodating in dealing with us as clients, our baby with nap times, and our small barky dog who enjoyed getting pats once he had vetted the team on arrival each morning.
There were a couple of additional works that we got done as part of the job, and nothing was ever a problem. Any challenges encountered the team quickly identified a neat solution around it.
It's great to be able to cool our home on the hot summer days, and we look forward to be able to keep the whole home warm in the winter.
Lite Energy will be my go to for any future electrical works. I'd highly recommend the team if you’re looking for a hardworking, friendly, and skilled team.
We recently had the team from Lite Energy complete a big job at our place, and we couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. Max and Caleb were fantastic to deal with from the very first quote, and Ben and Tom did an amazing job on-site. Everyone was super professional, communicated clearly, and always left the place tidy.
We ended up changing our minds a couple of times about where we wanted things, and they were so accommodating — nothing was ever a problem. The team worked quickly and efficiently, installing new lighting throughout the house, adding new power points and fittings, upgrading our switchboard, installing HVAC, and replacing the connection to the house.
They were also absolute legends with our dog Letty, who adored having them around.
Highly recommend Lite Energy if you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and skilled team. We’ll definitely be using them again!

If you are looking to ditch the gas, go solar and electrify your household heating and cooking, look no further than Lite Energy. Max, Caleb and the team managed our project from start to finish, upgrading our system for the 21st century, and energy sustainability. They worked tirelessly to get the job finished, overcoming the occasional hurdle along the way. They are hard workers, conscientious and willing to go the extra mile. No request is too much, and they also installed additional power points, a new range hood, induction hob and oven, which were not on the original job specification. If you want a company with a relentless customer focus, these are the guys to call. We were looking for a company that could manage the whole process of removing gas cooking, heating and hot water while installing an alternative solar powered system, electric heating and air conditioning. We didn't want to manage individual contractors ourselves, with the usual scheduling hassles and variations in workmanship. Lite Energy did the lot, to provide us with a turnkey system that meets our expectations. We are very pleased with the result and can recommend them to others.

Max and Caleb + Team recently installed our ducted heatpump and we absolutely love it. Our house is now warm and ready for winter.
