PSA if you’re growing your hair out: book someone who does true scissor work. I’d spent two years growing my hair and kept getting “trims” that set me back months. I waited 7 months before seeing Paul George, and he listened, kept my hard-earned length, and shaped it with precision so it actually moves and sits right. First time I’ve left a chair loving my medium-length hair—and not reaching for a cap. It was $90 and absolutely worth it. Save yourself the frustration and spend it once with a stylist who respects length. I’ll be back. And bonus: he’s genuinely kind and easy to talk to—zero ego, all skill.

Paul George, the proprietor, is an artist with color. I've never gotten this many compliments on my hair color. My MIL has been very straightforward in her praise: "Tell your colorist that he does a fabulous job." "Whomever (extra grammar points) colors your hair couldn't have done it better." I paid close attention to his hands at the end of my last appointment, and I felt awe, just watching. Paul is even-tempered and professional, and his lovely wife Jennifer works next door in an ancillary practice. You get all the creativity with none of the unpredictability.

As everybody else before me has already stated, Paul is about as good as it gets. Phenomenal haircut, great personality and atmosphere, easy conversation. If you want an appt you’re going to have to be patient and wait a little while for your opportunity, but there’s a reason for it. I’ve always struggled with haircuts in the past and found it hard to get a haircut I liked, but Paul just nailed it right out of the gate and made it seem so effortless. Extremely talented and worth every penny.

I'm a man with long hair. I've tried a lot of different professionals from barbers to women's hairdressers, but I've never had a better cut OR haircut experience than at Liquid Scissors. If you're a guy with medium to long hair and you're looking for a great cut, you need to do yourself a favor and book here. Even if you can't get an appointment for the cut you need now - book at Liquid Scissors for the cut after this. It really is THAT good.

I’ve been going to Paul for 4 years and he is absolutely amazing! It’s hard to find someone that can blend blonde color so well and also provide a fabulous cut/style. He listens to what you want and offers suggestions based on his expertise. Do yourself a favor and book an appt!
