I have reviewed our records and do not see that you were a caller or client of our firm. I understand that finding the right legal representation can be challenging, and I'm sorry you've had difficulties connecting with firms in our community. I noticed that you wrote this identical review, at the same time, on two other firms in the community that handle similar work as us. Unfortunately, not all situations can be resolved through the civil justice system, and personal injury firms must be selective about the cases they can effectively handle. I am sorry for your anger and disappointment during what I know is an incredibly difficult time. Losing a loved one is devastating, and I understand your pain.
Medical malpractice and nursing home cases are extremely complex, and the law requires very specific evidence to proceed. These cases are not always what they appear on the surface, and many factors must be carefully evaluated. This takes time for us to gather ALL the records beyond the story we are told by a family. Our team of experienced attorneys and nurses thoroughly review every case we receive, just as we did with your mother’s situation. We have explained this all to you but understand you are dissatisfied with our review of your mom’s specific case.
It would be inappropriate for me to discuss any details about your mother’s case in this public forum. While the evidence was not sufficient to support a viable legal claim, that determination in no way diminishes the loss of your mother or your family’s grief.
