Asad & Shahidul was awesome!! Came on time to assist us for the power failure. Less than 30 mins, all fixed. Updated us time to time what's the issue and also help is clean the compressor even if it's not their duties.

Really glad to have been referred to use Lion City, interaction throughout had been absolutely pleasant, from arranging a date to actual servicing. John was prompt, and Nazrul & team at site was super professional - job was done in an organised fashion (clean up was done too). I greatly appreciated the honest feedback that the gas didn’t need topping up and ended up paying a fraction of the cost of service I had requested. Definitely a team I would recommend. Cheers.

This is our first time engaging air con servicing from Lion City. We are very pleased with the honesty in giving advice and the diligence in service by Nazrul and Kumar. Nazrul has also patiently and with care, helped us to shift a bird nest from the compressor area. After cleaning it properly, he made sure to place the bird nest back properly. The technicians Assad and Shaidul were punctual for the appointment. They were thorough in their jobs and explained clearly the reasons why my aircons were not cold. After servicing the aircons are much colder. I ended up signing up for the contract.

Very good service, cleaning was very thorough, and I was quoted $50 for compressor wash (optional). Also, I was informed of the aircon leak and how I can mitigate this issue by setting it to higher fan speed. Highly recommended.
