Pretty wild to me, that if you don’t use a minimum amount of propane, they charge you over $200!! We are already in a struggling economy. We have a pellet stove and are very diligent about our use to save money… then BAM! We get penalized… insane! I could see maybe $50 or something… or if that $200 went toward our account to get the tank filled… but this is ridiculous… How can a company sleep, knowing what they are doing to people?

You’d better pay as soon as that bill hits your mailbox (invoice dated 8/1) because if you don’t they will send you another invoice shortly thereafter (dated 8/7) with a finance fee attached

High priced for one. Told them two years ago to get their tank as I switched to firewood. Constantly getting bill for rental when I haven’t bought propane in over two years on top of telling them to get their tank.

The office staff and delivery drivers are always pleasant and accommodating. We've received our deliveries much faster than with other companies. We highly recommend 😁

Definitely not up fromt and straight forward pricing. I felt like i was being ripped off each time i call to check price. Very deceptive sales tactics.. Tried to switch suppliers a few years ago. They have yet to pick up our tank and continue to send us low usage bills. Id recommend looking at eveey other company and what they have to offer.

I have had Linden’s Propane since 1989. Never changed companies And glad I never did because to good to be true is always right. Other companies went under. Or don’t show up Linden’s always does ⭐️

Had them for many years and they are on the ball, taking care of deliveries like clockwork. I would recommend them.We really like the device that automatically sends tank levels to them that they installed. It gives us a secure feeling of never running out of propane.
