Der Service war vorbildlich! Besser und freundlicher geht es nicht. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls super für unsere Vorhaben. 3 Minuten zum Bus der im 5 Minuten Takt fährt.
Das Bett hätte etwas breiter sein können. Zimmer ansonsten top und sauber.
Die haben uns definitiv nicht das letzte mal gesehen!!

Sauber freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, einzige Manko man sollte den Reinigungskräften noch Mal sagen was der bitte nicht stören knopf für eine Funktion hat.
Frühstück ist sehr lecker bester Obstsalat seit Jahren alle früchte Perfekt reif und kein mit früchten dekorierter Apfel Salat wie so häufig.
Sehr chillige Kommunikation über WhatsApp.

I loved this place, because I found:
- Clean and comfortable rooms.
- Lovely staff always there to help you.
- Amazing services as free coffee from noon to 9 PM, bike renting and selected local products in the mini bar. At checkout we had the opportunity to leave our luggage for the entire day securely and without additional costs.
- Digital services used in a clever way as fast online check in and digital key to open the main entrance and the room.
In addition, the location is amazing, there is a beautiful park and a lovely beer garden selling the local beer nearby. The subway and bus station are very close, but I recommend to rent the bike and enjoy Berlin riding as a local! I would definitely stay at Fjord if I come back to Berlin.

☹En la oferta de Booking aparecía el traslado al hotel desde el aeropuerto en taxi gratuito; incluso rellené un formulario que envió Booking dando los datos para que el conductor estuviera esperando en el aeropuerto con un cartel en el que pusiera mi nombre. Pero no había nadie esperando con mi nombre. Tuvimos que averiguar sobre la marcha cómo ir al hotel y finalmente fuimos en tren y taxi, llegando al hotel dos horas más tarde de lo previsto. Considero que no se han cumplido las condiciones contratadas con Booking. Lo he puesto de manifiesto en el Hotel Fjord, pero ellos me han dicho que la responsabilidad es de Booking.

☺confortevole e funzionale. Vicino a fermata autobus e mezzi di trasporto.
☹un po' caro per questo tipo di struttura, fondamentalmente un selfservice-hotel. Colazione 21€ a persona per una family too much.

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal und ein tolles Frühstücksbuffet.

Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα
☺Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν λίγο έξω από το κέντρο. Ήταν μέσα στο πράσινο δίπλα στο ποτάμι και πολύ κοντά σε σταθμό μετρό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και η ημερήσια τακτοποίηση εξαιρετική. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό. Όταν πήγαμε ήταν δύο ώρες πριν το check-in εκεί μας έδωσαν το δωμάτιο. Μας προμήθευσαν ομπρέλα γιατί εβρεχε. Όταν επισκεφτώ ξανά το Βερολίνο θα το προτιμήσω.
☹Το μόνο που μπορώ να αξιολογήσω ως αρνητικό ήταν ότι η ντουλάπα στο δωμάτιο ήταν ένα σημείο που απλά είχε κρεμάστρες για τα ρούχα χωρίς να είναι καλυμμένο το σημείο αυτό. Αλλά τα υπόλοιπα όλα ήταν τέλεια. Ήταν το μόνο σημείο που με παραξένεψε.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel - abseits und doch mitten drin
☺Das Hotel liegt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße. Trotz der Nähe zum Postdammer Platz ist die Lage so ruhig das man mit offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Tipp: Wer mit dem Auto anreist beim Buchen einen Parkplatz reservieren.
