Lovely hotel and great value.
☺ nice staff. large room and bathroom. comfortable beds. good location more or less. SEveral bus stops nearby. Helpful staff.
☹ Shower curtain is not great and shower head to not great. Breakfast was expensive. No vending machines with cola or juice in lobby.
Alles einfach super. Kann man ohne schlechtes Gewissen nur weiterempfehlen
☺ Sehr schönes Zimmer inkl das kostenlose Upgrade des Zimmers ohne das wir das wussten. Super schöne Dachterrasse. Super Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Sehr gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück das immer nachgefüllt wurde. Kaffee und Tee wurde nachmittags kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt.
☹ Die Einfahrt in die Tiefgarage war etwas eng.
The staff were friendly and spoke excellent English. There was free coffee in the dining area after breakfast closed that was available until 9:00 pm.

Pleasant stay, welcoming & helpful staff
☺ Ideal location: central, but on a quiet street. Great staff: very friendly and helpful, on the evening we checked in they provided us with a water kettle & mugs for making tea in our room.
☹ The internet was down on the second night of our stay. There was not much storage / desk / shelf space in the room.

Nie polecam tego hotelu i radzę omijać go szerokim łukiem. Mimo rezerwacji dwuosobowego pokoju ze śniadaniem, podczas śniadania obsługa przy wszystkich gościach zaczęła nas publicznie „wywoływać”, twierdząc, że jedna osoba nie ma śniadania i musimy dopłacić. Cała sytuacja była nieprzyjemna, niezrozumiała i zupełnie nieprofesjonalna. Ostatecznie zostaliśmy bez śniadania, mimo że mieliśmy je wykupione.
Pokój pozostawiał wiele do życzenia — czystość oceniam na 5/10, ręczniki wyglądały na niedoprane. Do tego parking jest bardzo ciasny i korzystanie z niego to dodatkowy stres.
Zdecydowanie odradzam ten hotel. W okolicy jest mnóstwo lepszych, bardziej profesjonalnych i przyjaznych miejsc.

We always aim for complete transparency, and we must confirm that our internal records show a booking for a single person with breakfast and a second person without breakfast. While we regret any public interaction that caused you discomfort, our team was following the established booking details which required an additional payment for the second breakfast to be consumed. There was no mistake on our side regarding the charge.

Regarding your comments on the cleanliness and the condition of the towels, we sincerely apologize that we fell short of our high standards. We have immediately shared this specific feedback with our Housekeeping management to ensure thorough checks are performed. We also take note of your stress regarding the parking situation.
