Underbart litet hotell! Små rum men i hjärtat av staden. Vi möttes av Hans som var helt underbar och hjälpte oss med vårt bagage tills vi kunde checka in. Dyr hotellfrukost så vi åt ute istället men det passade oss fint! Digitala kort till hotellrummet fungerade felfritt och det gjorde även incheckningen på hotellet 😊

Liebes CALMA-Team,
was für ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt! Ihr führt ein liebevoll geführtes, kleines Hotel in zentraler Lage von Berlin – mit viel Herz und Sinn fürs Detail. Die Einrichtung ist geschmackvoll aufeinander abgestimmt und schafft sofort eine gemütliche, entspannte Atmosphäre. Kleinere Schwierigkeiten wurden professionell und zügig gelöst, das hat mich sehr beeindruckt.
Ganz besonders möchte ich Euer freundliches Team hervorheben: Luziano am Check‑In war äußerst zuvorkommend, und auch der nette Kollege beim Check‑Out (ohne Namensschild) war einfach klasse. Solch persönliche Betreuung macht den Unterschied!
Ein kleiner Hinweis zur Verbesserung: Ihr werbt mit kostenfreien Heißgetränken von 13–21 Uhr, allerdings war an Samstag und Sonntag ab etwa 17:30 Uhr der Zugang zum Automaten nicht mehr möglich. Das trübt den ansonsten sehr positiven Eindruck nur minimal und wäre leicht zu beheben.
Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Adresse — ich komme gern wieder!

¡Qué gusto hospedarme en Hotel CALMA Berlin Mitte! El hotel es muy lindo y está impecablemente limpio. Dormí de maravilla gracias a un colchón excelente, y la ubicación es ideal para recorrer la ciudad. El personal fue atento y muy amable en todo momento, lo que hizo mi estancia aún más agradable.
La habitación fue acogedora, algo más pequeña de lo que esperaba, y el desayuno me pareció un poco caro para lo ofrecido, pero ninguno de esos detalles empañó la experiencia. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí. Muy recomendable.

Great hotel and location
We stayed here for 3 nights in 2 x M rooms. Rooms were a great size and overlooked the courtyard so were nice and quiet. We enjoyed the underfloor heating in the bathroom. Hotel is in a fantastic location and staff were friendly and helpful. We used luggage storage twice with no issues. The only slight downside was that on our last morning there was absolutely no hot water so we couldn't have showers before a long travel day. We would stay in this hotel again if we return to Berlin in future.

☺Pobyt w CALMA Berlin Mitte był zupełnie satysfakcjonujący. Doskonałe położenie obiektu w małej odległości od środków transportu (tramwaj i metro) i stosunkowo blisko Wyspy Muzeów. Apartament cichy i ciepły. Pokój i łazienka bardzo czyste. Bezproblemowa obsługa recepcji. Nowinki techniczne związane z otwieraniem app i obiektu za pomocą telefonu. Na pewno wrócę do tego hotelu.
☹Niestety przegapiłem moją płatność za apartament i musiałem go ponownie rezerwować - za cenę prawie dwukrotnie wyższą. Co oczywiście w jakiejś części jest moją winą. Stąd ostateczna ocena Stosunku jakości do ceny na poziomie niesatysfakcjonującym.

It’s my first time visiting Berlin, and I was originally very worried about accommodation. Among the many options, I chose this hotel “CALMA.” The environment is great and quiet, and it’s close to all the attractions. Most importantly, the front desk staff, Adbel and Sina, were extremely friendly and helpful. On the first day, we checked in after 22:00, and on the last day, they also helped us a lot during check-out. We are truly very grateful — absolutely deserving of a 5-star review!!
