I gave this service 5 stars because of the professionalism and quality of service. Mr. Charles was patient, kind and understood my needs. This was my first time going thru the process for our daughters' prom night. Mrs. Rachel ( our driver) was on time and her appearance was impeccable. I will gladly recommend and use this service again.

Very rude guy telling me I’m better off getting an Uber at midnight from the airport. I wanted a car service.
I am sorry this happened to you. You must have called somewhere else. We are a VIP car service and we pick up people from the airport all the time when they schedule in advance. We are certainly not rude and try to help everyone. Please feel free to contact me.

Couldn't be happier with Premier Limousine.I scheduled a special night with Charles for the Family for dinner and a Christmas play. I had never booked a Limo before and Charles was so accommodating and patiently answered all my questions up to the very end. Carlie was our driver and couldn't have been more professional and patient. I had confused the time we needed the Limo for and Charlie ended up having to wait a lot more than anticipated. He remained professional and gracious through the whole night. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone, they went above and beyond.

Ok first I have to apologize to Charles for taking so long to write this. I had to really take the time to put pen to paper in order to sum up how extraordinary this company is. Premier Limousine and Transport Service has set the bar high for customer service. Charles was so professional with me from start to finish. He explained all of his pricing to me in thorough detail and anytime I had more questions (which I did) he was more than willing to answer my calls (even on a church Sunday). I rented a limo as a Christmas surprise for a dear friend of mine so that she could have a mommy/daughter day. Lo and behold, Charles' dad, Charlie Sr. was their driver. He was on time for pickup, he ensured that they reached all of their destinations in a timely manner, and he even took the time to interact with and share a laugh with my friend and her daughters which made the experience much more personable. After I spoke with Charlie, it didn't take me long to realize why his son was as sweet as he was. My friend and her daughters enjoyed their day immensely and they made sure to take lots of pictures before Charlie bid them farewell. If I ever decide to secret Santa myself with a limo ride, Charles you're the first person I'm calling. If I could give you a 10 star Google rating I would. Thank you for everything, You both have a special place in my heart.

Call at the last minute for a limousine for my wife's 50th birthday and was still able to get service. The limo was on time, clean, and the service was the ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My wife and friends were very satisfied with the professionalism that we were given. And our driver Charles was curtious and extremely professional. He is definitely A1.
