First Time Pool Owners We searched for a pool company to do our first ever home pool. We relied heavily on reviews as there are a lot of pool companies to choose from in Texas. We received 3 designs and 3 quotes prior to making our decision. Limitless won our business due to Kim's ability to connect with us, she was punctual and listened to our vision. When her design came back it was better than we had even thought possible. As well as the value of what we would be getting in a pool and spa that other companies could not compete with for the pricing. The team at Limitless was easily accessible, listened to everything we had questions about, eased our first time jitters, and ultimately strived to do the right thing every step of the way. The contracting crews were efficient, kind, and kept our home site very clean despite the building process. Shoutout to Kim for her amazing vision. Torah for keeping a well oiled machine running with the scheduling and keeping us well informed with the next steps along the way. Lance for getting us up and running with the equipment and all there is to know about function and maintenance. Nick (co-owner)for promptly answering our questions. Jose (co-owner) for running and overseeing every aspect of the project and being available to us through everything. He was the driving force of making sure we were well taken care of and valued our happiness and satisfaction. Thank you!!!! We are grateful for your professionalism, efficiency, quality, and giving our family a place to make many years of memories. *The hardest part about getting a few pictures was trying to find a time to take them when no one was swimming.

We are extremely happy with our pool, outdoor kitchen, and overall backyard remodel. The Limitless Custom Pools and Backyards team were great. Yes, it took longer then expected and yes, there were opportunities for improvement in communication but compared to previous projects of similar scope and scale, this one was fantastic. I interviewed several highly rated pool construction companies and none were able implement our vision like Limitless was able too. I would enjoy working with Limitless again in the future.

I could not be happier with how my new pool turned out, and this was so much to do with the entire team at Limitless. As this was my first time putting in a pool in my backyard, the team was there every step of the way to guide me in all the design decisions as well as keeping me informed nearly every day throughout the construction process. Shout out to Nick, Chris, Lance, Jose, Torah (and any others I may have missed) as they were highly communicative, knowledgeable and professional, which made the whole process great from start to finish, especially as I am/was a nervous home owner :). The level of service really sets these guys apart from the rest. The construction of the pool itself is amazing with the highest quality materials. My biggest recommendation is if you're debating between the dozens of pool builders out there, look no further and choose Limitless.

Limitless recently installed a pool in our tiny backyard. We weren't sure it was even possible given the space constraints, but they carefully walked us through every step of the permitting and design. They are very responsive to all of our questions and concerns and were truly amazing to work with. The finished product is beautiful - it has completely transformed our little space!

Limitless Pools truly came to our rescue. After signing a contract and putting down a deposit with another pool contractor who raised several red flags, I ultimately canceled the day they were supposed to start digging and forfeited our deposit. It was stressful, disappointing, and anxiety-inducing, to say the least. From the moment I called Limitless Pools, everything changed. They immediately put us at ease and restored our confidence in the process. Their team was professional, easy to work with, and communicated clearly every step of the way. Coming from a design background, it was incredibly important to me that my vision was heard and respected. Limitless did exactly that. They listened, offered guidance when needed, and allowed me to have control over the overall look and feel of our pool. The end result exceeded our expectations. We were so pleased with their work that I’ve already recommended them to my own clients, and they’ve since completed another gorgeous pool for them as well. Five stars all the way for Limitless Pools. Highly recommend.

We recently completed a pool build and are very happy with the final result. The pool turned out beautiful, and the construction quality is solid. Josh was great to work with. He was responsive, professional, and helped keep the project moving forward. My only regret is not hiring an outside pool designer. The design process for us fell short of expectations and a bit rushed. Overall, you cannot find a better construction team!

Can't recommend them enough! Chris, Nick and Jose were wonderful to work with. Once they broke ground they finished the pool in month! They had full crews of people at my house working hard every single day. My neighbors couldn't believe how fast it all happened. The quality of work was great also. I hired a pool inspector to review the work afterwards and he said the pool was very well built and asked who the builder was. I had one or two concerns I brought up during the building process and Jose took care of them immediately no questions asked. I can tell they value customer service and they will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with your pool. Thanks again guys!

When you are ready to fulfill your dream of having a pool, look no further than Limitless Custom Pools And Backyards. The entire staff is truly amazing. I first met Kim who was extremely knowledgeable. She came to my residence and picked the perfect area for my pool and listened to everything that was important to me. She then made the perfect design which fell within my budget. I never knew so much went into constructing a pool. I eventually had a whole team working on my pool-Kim, Nick,Torah, Jose, and Josh and all of them are equally important. A staff member came out each step of the way to ensure everything was done properly and to my expectation. The end result was everything that I imagined and more. It was complete with a wrought iron fence to keep my grand babies and pets safe. In the beginning of construction there is a group text where you can get in touch with anyone on your team for any reason, any day, at any time and receive a prompt response. It does not end when your pool is complete. They are still available for any questions or concerns. As a new pool owner, they have always been there. I have dealt with each of them personally. They have a been friendly and professional and I know that they will always be there for me for years to come. I highly recommend Limitless Custom Pools And Backyards.

From the first meeting with Chris for our consultation even until now about 4 weeks after completion, the staff at Limitless have delivered on every promise. Their system for communicating with us before during and after the process has been seamless. We read some horror stories about the construction process but we had no issues. The construction process was scheduled so that there was consistent progress and of the crews kept the job site clean and organized. What started as a blank canvas has turned into an oasis that our family will enjoy for years to come.
