Just a flawless operation. They even created a text thread with everyone on it. When I frequently through out a question, it was answered within minutes to hours. The open communication was awesome, and as the schedule would unravel. All that information would be communicated to me. It almost felt like you’re part of the family. They must’ve come in about $18,000- 20000 lower than the other quotes I gathered They even included my travertine decking which is tied into my patio. simply amazing. I don’t even think that we are more than four weeks into this, and the water will be filled into the pool tomorrow as the plaster was today. We have moved into a new neighborhood and I will surely be recommending Limitless Custom Pools to anyone that asks. I also have several colleagues who have used them and we’re super pleased. The warranty on the Pool is also amazing. Anyway. I never write reviews but it is the least I can do for such an incredible operation. After getting quotes from a few companies, we decided to go with Limitless. They were very happy to work within our budget. We chose them because of their personal interaction, their lifetime warranty, and the fact that they over-engineer the pool structure for added strength and durability. We had only had one "major" snafu during the project: we had to have our main powerline rerouted in our yard, and we had an issue with our power a week or so after the work was completed (we think the line was knicked when it was pulled through the conduit). We woke up on a Sunday to only half of our power on. I sent a text message early on a Sunday morning, and they were on it immediately! So it was a minor inconvenience and they responded with all hands on deck and got us squared away quickly. Any other issues that popped up were addressed immediately and professionally. The finished product is absolutely beautiful and beat my expectations. Each crew involved was very thorough, diligent, and completed good work. Trust me, we were out there measuring rebar and checking leveling etc, and it was on point. They worked with us on alternative access to our yard, as well. I appreciated that. Anyway, we would definitely choose them again and would highly recommend them. If we came across an issue , Jose accommodated us very nicely and found a solution. The communication was good but to have a pool built in 4 weeks I can’t complain. Super impressive.
