We were very happy with the customer service. They came same day within about an hour. Also, after diagnosing the issue, they offered us 3 options of how we could fix the issue at different price points explaining what would occur with each option. They kept the work space clean and used shoe covers in the home. I think I found our new go to plumbing service.

I had an emergency at my house in Spokane, my main drain was backing up and my basement was flooding so I was freaking out. Called Lilac City Plumbing and Donna picked up right away, she made me a priority and got me booked with Jake same day. Within a couple hours Jake was at my door and I was so relieved. He took care of the drain cleaning quick and actually took the time to explain what caused the back up and gave some advise on how to prevent it in the future instead of just doing the work and bouncing. Really appreciated that. Price was fair and he even applied a first responder discount which was a nice surprise. Whole thing was just easy start to finish. I'd call them again no question.

If I ever have issues again, Damien is the one I want he was absolutely the best. He came for just a hot water tank replacement and ran into more issues than he bargained for stayed late to make sure we wouldn’t go without our water for longer He was the best with my kids and animals and my hot water in my shower lasts forever now I could have cried. Thank you so much Damien for being awesome, staying later than you anticipated and taking care of my family.

Best plumber in Spokane hands down! When I called I spoke to Donna who was friendly and so helpful, she got me scheduled same day in less than 45 minutes Gabe came to my house. I needed my water heater fixed because it was leaking and making weird noises. Gabe gave me three options to make repairs or replace and now I have a brand new water heater and piece of mind. I was treated so well by everyone on the team that I will happily recommend Lilac City Plumbing to anyone who need emergency repair at a fair price.

Found a leak in my basement that started during a remodel. Called Lilac City Plumbing and Damien was out within 60 minutes. He had 3 more calls after mine but jump on it to help me get the water back on asap. I really appreciated that. Damien is a 1st class plumber.. legit as they come. Great service, fair pricing, and everything looked and worked perfectly with no mess left for me to clean up.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Lilac City Plumbing definitely earned one. Had our old water heater go out. Called Lilac City Plumbing and they booked me same day! Jake was our tech and he was awesome, super friendly, explained everything clearly, and had the new water heater installed faster than I expected. Everything’s working great now. Highly recommend these guys!

We noticed a leak we were concerned about in the middle of the night. Called at 3:30am and they were able to get a plumber in quickly! Kind, efficient, and affordable. Would use them again/ refer them to a friend!

A little over a year ago, my hot water tank went out. I picked Lilac City Plumbing by the reviews I read. Damion responded quickly and answered all my questions like there is no stupid question. Put on a new hot water tank quickly and efficiently. Here it is a year later, my hot water tank was not working. I texted at 8pm and I received a response within 30 mins that Damon could be here today 2/4 between 11 -1. He was here by 1030. He was like let’s get this fixed. He problem solved and turns out it just decided to turn off by itself and he was able to get it back on. He tried to get it to repeat itself and could not. While he was here, he drained it and cleaned it. At the end, he told me everything he did. He asked me if I knew how to reset it. I’m like no. As a single mother, I am not familiar with this stuff. He was patient and walked me through it all. If I had any questions what so ever, to please call and he would walk me through it. Thank you Damon @ Lilac City Plumbing for great customer service. Had an emergency. Called a few plumbing outfits and got an AI operator. With Lilac I got to speak to a real person. Told them my situation. They were here within 15 min. Very professional and outstanding hard workers. Prices were fair for the amount of work they performed to get my pipes draining again. 5 out of 5. Would recommend, and will use their service again in the future.

My senior neighbors main sewer line backed up on Friday and so Saturday morning they called me for help because their go-to plumbers couldn't clear the line. My go-to guy was out until Monday & they just didn't want to wait that long. So I called 4 different plumbing outfits who all said Monday was the soonest they could come out! Finally Lilac City Plumbing said they could come out Saturday morning 10am and they didn't disappoint us what took the other guys 4 hours with no fix took Lilac City Plumbing half a hour to clear the line! I can never understand why so many plumbing companies leave weekend customers to suffer? It's either they charge extra for weekend work or just blow you off as if they punish us for having a plumbing issue on the weekend. Thanks for being available on the weekends Lilac City Plumbing 👍🏾

Damien came out and put a new 1" ballvalve under a main shutoff that was still running 20% pressure on a sunday and needed to be shut off completely for present and future repairs. In and out in 20-30 minutes max. Professional, skilled, and efficient. Thanks guys!!!
