I had the most unprofessional experience of my 20 year career with LightWire. On Friday, I had a discussion with Wes regarding some billing issues and discrepancies (e.g. being billed for an hour when only 30 minutes of service were performed and learning for the first time in the 5 months that we have worked with them that there is a 30 minute minimum). At noon on Friday, I had a discussion with Bob who asked me to give him until Monday to discuss a better structure moving forward. Both Bob and Wes assured me that there would be no changes until we had a complete transition plan in place. Instead, Carson disconnected our emails on Monday morning with no warning leaving us scrambling to get service in place. I truly am in disbelief at the retribution they displayed when their billing practices were questioned.
