Facilities at this gym are amazing. Wish the customer service was the same. On the 14th of October I was at the gym for the last time as I have relocated. 3 hours south.
Was advised to fill in a form to cancel which I did from an email link which took me to the ROAR website online form.
My issue is they have still been debiting the $17.50 each week which i was told would only be 4 weeks.
**** I phoned up today to speak to someone at the gym the time was 1540. I was advised that I will have to fill in another form and wait the 4weeks it literally felt like I was talking to a ROBOT!
I had shared my experience. And still absolutely no empathy to understanding. I advised that I would just cancel the direct debit through my bank if they could not help me which they obviously did not. I tried to say good bye then the girl told me quote " if you do that you will get the debt collectors after you" i said IDGAF and then I hanged up. Its actualy very dissapointing to have this kind of customer service. Actually to have zero customer service. I would not reccoment this gym to anyone due to this reason. It just seems they employ people who have no empathy or understanding nor do they have the motivation to want to help they just promote themselves with threatening behaviours. VERY DISSAPOINTED IN THIS EXPERIENCE.

Iâve been to a lot of gyms over the years, and tours are usually awkward or just straight-up sales pitches. Poppy at Roar Active Bibra Lake was the complete opposite. Super down-to-earth and knew her stuff. She walked me through everything without any pressure and made the place feel welcoming from the start. Easily one of the best gyms and first impressions Iâve had. If youâre checking it out, ask for Poppy!
