I have used LWL for at least 7 years I think. A long time. I request unscented detergent and only once was that missed in all that time. Everything is returned clean and folded and I just have to put it away. They are a great service!

Had been using a different service and recently switched - very glad I did! Super easy and prompt pick up and drop off, and clothes were very well cleaned and cared for. I especially appreciate that they delivered my order to my third floor condo!

I've used Life Without Laundry several times, and really have appreciated the good customer service. However, my clothes and sheets always return back to me with the same stains. I have placed special requests to use stain removers if at all possible, use bleach, and maybe a different type of detergent, but they all come back with the same stains. I have also asked for fabric softener to be used, and I can tell it hasn't been used, or enough of it hasn't been used. It is likely they don't use enough products with each load. My clothes also never smell like they were washed with anything. There's never a "laundry smell". They're great with their communication, and great with their pickup and drop-offs, but this was the only downside to their service.

Would love to get this addressed. We do use free and clear detergent a lot for people with sensitive allergies so clothes wouldn’t smell like anything haha. But easy adjustment there. And as for stains let’s get them looked at .

The best! Clothes always come back fresh, and they don't use any overly perfumed detergent. They were even able to completely fix a load of oil-stained clothes that another service had messed up.

Great service. Easy to set up and convenient. They deliver your laundry nicely folded, and even provide a bag if you don’t have one. I’ve been sending regular laundry but it’s an option to send your washable comforters and blankets that aren’t allowed or don’t fit in apartment washer/driers. Reasonably priced. And they also take dry cleaning if you separate that from the wash laundry.

I love where i live, but my building is without any washers or dryers, and doesn't allow us to install anything in-unit. Recently, i became so allergic to fragrances, etc. that if I went to the laundromat and the person who used a machine before me overdid it at all with their detergent/dryer sheets, i could still get a reaction. Desperate, and out of options other than moving, i tried Life Without Laundry's mobile pickup service, with a note about needing fragrance-free detergent and an assurance from Alex that they sanitize the machines after each use. This has been the first few weeks in MONTHS i haven't suffered from any skin reactions. Life Without Laundry has literally been a lifesaver
