I can’t say enough about Tyler Paulsen and his team at Lifeway Homes in Tulsa . From day one I was a little skeptical about the modular home route but they schooled me on every aspect of it from the understanding of it being built exactly the same as a stick built home ( meaning same building codes ) , then to the fact that we could customize our home exactly how we wanted it . Me and my wife were new to this so we had a lot of questions , made a lot of changes throughout , literally a lot !! Tyler and Rick were graciously patient with us , but in the end we were blessed with a beautiful home .
We just had the best experience with Josh!! He showed us all the homes and the two we fell in love with were MANUFACTURED straight thought they were modular!! It has 9ft ceilings!! The black house does! But they all can have that!! Modular That’s what we are shopping For and we found out they all can be made modular and customized to exactly how you like them!! Great people we look forward to working with them!! And Ladies the BATHROOMS DID NOT DISAPPOINT NOR THE CLOSETS!!
Chelsi is the best!! I would highly recommend her. We went through a lot of unforeseen circumstances getting our home sold and the new one purchased but Chelsi was right there by us being a support system and help to guide us through picking our forever home. We love Chelsi and Lifeway homes. They are genuinely there for you and care about your happiness. We have now closed on our home and in a month or two I will repost with the final outcomes. We couldn’t be more happy!!!

Unfortunately did not purchase a home due to lack of contact with Lifeway. I reached out multiple times for quotes and never received any. I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Would have loved to be able to purchase a sunshine home but unfortunately it was like pulling teeth to get any answers or response.

My wife and I went to Lifeway and worked with Tyler and Rick to come up with a solution to cost overruns on a custom home we were doing. Tyler was great in coming up with an attractive modular alternative that would meet our needs and included an attached garage and front porch. We are now in the process of moving forward. Both Rick and Tyler were excellent at customer service and listening to our needs. Highly recommended. Will post again after completion and move in.

They are very professional and polite. My wife had been talikg to Terrill for a little bit over a year before we were finally able to come down and take a look at the homes. We were very impressed by what they had to offer and Terrill worked really hard on setting us up with the right house with the right budget. Terrill and his coworkers have done a great job of working with us not only with buying our home but helping us set it up on raw land as well. We are very pleased with Life Way Homes.
