Thank you
Marco redid the flooring for our house for the main floor office, and the whole upper floor. He was communicative and open throughout the whole process, and was transparent regarding details.
Price: 5/5
Marco's pricing was very competitive, including price / sqft of the material and installation. There was no extra stuff added on to inflate the pricing, and everything was complete as per the original quote and agreement.
Quality of work: 4.5/5
The quality of the floor finishes were excellent; the floors were flat, well sanded, and the stain was done well. The quarter rounds were installed and painted well also. However, as the stair pieces needed to be stained prior to install, after brad nails were used to secure the boards, those small areas were left unfinished. A small flaw on an otherwise excellent install (see photos.
Time needed: 4/5
Marco quoted around 2 weeks for the work, and at the start the progress was swift. However, at the end of the first week he needed to attend to a different job, so there were a few days where work did not occur, and it took longer than he expected. Marco was apologetic and communicative throughout, and was able to finish the project on time.
Cleanup: 5/5
There was considerable dust but Marco and his crew did a good job containing the dust and cleaned any spillover best they could at the end of each day.
Overall we are satisfied with the work that Marco and his crew did and would recommend him to others looking to redo their flooring.

Thank you
I’ve hired Marco’s company several times to work on my home. Marco refinished 3 rooms with hardwood floors, his team replaced wall to wall carpeting with hardwood to match 2 other adjacent floors. Marco also installed a section of hardwood flooring in the middle of my kitchen when I removed a peninsula and found there was no hardwood underneath. Marco has always been very timely and meticulous with the quality of his work. I will certainly hire Marco again for my next project.

I had my floors refinished several years ago. They turned out beautifully, and they're one of the favorite features of my home! I had an appliance moved a few months back, and my floors were severly damaged in the kitchen. The guys came back out and refinished the damaged area, and my floors look beautiful once again. I have recommended them to several friends over the years and will continue to do so. They are extremely professional, and they pay close attention to detail. They also really took care of my home while they were doing the work. I appreciate Pastor and his guys so much!
