Liferx has been a great company to work with for my glp1 medication. They are very professional and their evaluation even found another medical issue I was unaware of. I never feel rushed and they answer every question with knowledge and courtesy. Julie W. was so easy to work with and so informative. They are punctual with delivery and accessible.
I've been receiving great customer service from LifeRx.md. When a form wasn't working for me to provide an update after 90 days, I received a call from Azis Isakov who filled in my answers for me and submitted on my behalf. He was great to work with to get the issue resolved. Everytime I've had any questions or issues I get contacted for resolution.
As a previous healthcare worker (nurse) , I truly appreciated the friendly, detailed, smooth, attentive Customer service I received from Cristian. He was top notch, he gave me all the information that I requested. I had several question and never felt rushed or put off. Also, I had a concern about an allergy and he was able to clarify and get this taken care of before my medication was shipped.

Me preocupa mucho como manejan la información, tienen proveedores que trabajan desde fuera de los Estados Unidos como la Dra Diamond y el Dr Reichman. La doctora debería ser capacitada en servicio pues llega a ser muy poco tolerante con los pacientes. El continuo cambio de farmacias tambien es inconveniente y no han acogido las recomendaciones de Elly Lilly quien advirtio que el medicamento mezclado con B12 es peligroso. Además denuncian todas las calificaciones menores a tres estrellas y eso hace que todos los clientes tengamos un sesgo. El feedback siempre es para mejorar.
