Ashley G. spoke to me like I had been a patient in her office for years. She seemed to genuinely care about what I was going through. I expected to be on a call or on hold for at least an hour, but I was able to get on a call with a real person in 2 minutes who was knowledgeable and helpful.

Buyer beware! Buyer beware! I did not have a good experience with LifeRx. The first issue was trying to get the order. I kept getting the run around as to where my medication was and if it was actually filled. They eventually had it shipped to me from a different pharmacy. Now that I am ready to reorder I am told that my price is going up $30 for all future orders. This is NOT what they promised when I placed my first order. I was told my price with S&H would be $250 every 5 weeks. Now they are saying it will be $280. I sent them a cope of receipt and requested they honored their price I was given and they would not rectify the situation stating the best they could do was $280. This company don’t NOT stand by their word and I will be placing future orders with mochi!

Talking to Azim C today clarified everything in a way that made me feel comfortable, Also, sending me follow up instructions.I would give him an A++. So far, I’m happy with Life RX. Stephanie

Life MD’s service subscription terms were unclear. It was not clear that the medication was charged separately from a $100/month service you have to purchase to get access to the medication, I was supposed to receive a live screening before any medication was prescribed. No screening ever took place. The medication was prescribed and shipped anyway. It was shipped to my honeymoon rather than to a pharmacy in spite of my being informed it would going to a pharmacy…that’s illegal in my state. When I called, then e-mailed. No one ever wrote back or answered. I then cancelled my $100/month service she asked for my money back. Three e-mails over a week were never replied to. It’s like there’s no one behind the wheel.

Horrible Communication The communication between the provider appt and LifeRX is horrible!! You literally make an appt or triage appt, ask the ?, request the modification etc and the provider either doesn’t document or make any changes for LifeRx to see so LifeRX just advises you to make another appt and the viscous cycle continuous in a horrible frustrating loop of nothingness!!

Charged for no service at all Waited three months and paid $500, only for the doctor to never show up to the scheduled meeting after I was put on hold for an hour. I wasted time and money and didn’t receive any service. Very disappointed and want a full refund.
