I honestly didn’t know what to expect when I walked into Lifeline Recovery, but it ended up being one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. From day one, I felt something I hadn’t felt in a long time—no judgment. Just real people who genuinely care.
The staff here are incredible. They’re not just doing a job—they show up, they listen, and they actually understand. I came in carrying a lot… going through a divorce, grieving the loss of my father, and trying to figure out new relationships and a new version of myself. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster, to say the least. But through all of that, they’ve been patient, supportive, and always reminding me that I’m not alone.
There were days I didn’t even understand my own emotions, and somehow they still met me exactly where I was. They’ve helped me grow in ways I didn’t think were possible, and they’ve given me tools I actually use in my everyday life.
What really stands out is the environment—they’ve created a space where you can be completely honest, even on your worst days, and still feel accepted. That’s rare.
Lifeline Recovery didn’t just help me stay sober—it helped me start living again. I’m beyond grateful for this place and the people in it.

Lifeline isn’t just a place to get sober—it’s a place where people are truly seen, heard, and given a real chance to rebuild their lives. When you’re struggling with alcohol or drugs, it can feel like everything is falling apart, but the people at Lifeline meet you with compassion, patience, and genuine care from the very beginning.
The staff are nothing short of amazing. They don’t just do their jobs—they pour their hearts into helping every person who walks through those doors. The Clinical Director is like the Michael Jordan of treatment—truly one of a kind, bringing not only incredible skill and knowledge, but also leadership and passion that inspires everyone around them.
And the Alumni Coordinator… a true rock star. They go above and beyond to make sure no one ever feels alone, even after leaving treatment. The continued support, encouragement, and love they give means more than words can really express.
I’m beyond grateful for Lifeline and for every single person there who puts in the hard work every day to help others find hope, healing, and a new beginning. They don’t just change lives—they save them.
