Alex and his team of professionals did a great job on my new home’s water filtration and softening. From plumbing to electrical, they got the job done in a thorough manner.

Before choosing Life filtration, I sought out two other companies, one with Home Depot which took about a month and several phone calls for them to contact me. The other company wasn’t any better; after several calls, they were not happy about coming to my residence which is in Homestead, close to the Everglades, only well water around here. Life filtration was a life changer! No more iron, heavy water, smells, or other metals, water is drinkable now.
I received a very positive response immediately, fast service and professional installation. I was very impressed with the knowledge of the installer who also helped me with my water pump. Highly recommended
installed system on May 9th.2025 It’s been three weeks, but two of those weeks, we’ve been without water in the house. Whole time , we’ve had to take showers at the pool and use the clubhouse restroom. We have a four-year-old child at home who can’t even take a bath.
The first leak was fixed on Saturday, but on Sunday, the 25th, it started leaking again. We were told someone would come right away, but no one has arrived, and no one is answering the phone.
When mean was finally fixed they did a water tests. Guess what ? All the tests failed but they asked to wait a little longer.
We installed brand new toilets and they immediately got yellow rings. We waited till end of June and purchased home water tester. All the tested failed ones again.
Moving forward we called company and they asked to send an email. Over the email they said to call them. So now we calling they everyday and no one is answering.
At this point we just have to contact business bureau and if that doesn’t help involve lawyers

I had a great experience with Jorge, from Life Filtration Water Services. Jorge was there from beginning to end, explaining everything in detail as to how the water filtration system worked and answered all questions when in doubt. He was very friendly and patient. I noticed the difference immediately, the water no longer has weird smells, and I can’t definitely tell the difference in my hair.

I had a really great experience with Life Filtration Water Services. From start to finish, the whole process was super smooth. The team was friendly, honest, and really knew their stuff. They helped me figure out the right water system for my home without any pressure.

Totalmente molesta, decepcionada con el servicio, prometieron muchas cosas antes de firmar, después desaparecieron, llamo y escribo varias veces para tener un mantenimiento porque tiene mucha perdida de agua, pero nadie me responde, solo cae al buzón de voz, y los mensajes de texto solo responde Hola y desaparece, no caigan engañados y estafados con esta gente.
Totally upset, disappointed with the service, they promised many things before signing, then they disappeared, I called and wrote several times to have maintenance because there is a lot of water loss, but no one answers me, it only goes to voicemail, and the text messages only respond Hello and disappear, do not fall for these people.
