Oscar has been very involved and responsive since we started with Lifedge. When we built the website, his team was involved in gathering content, as well as the website design. As we recently made updates to the site, Oscar not only worked to find a design that suits us, but also took the time to train us on the website tools for quick changes/edits.

The onboarding and transition went very smoothly, as their team are quick studies and made some recommendations to our process. For example, we were not aware that we were using a font that wasn’t displaying for all of our email users, so some font suggestions were provided that would work universally for all email users. Their project manager is very responsive and communicative, which is very appreciated when working with an outside contractor. Their designers produce highly creative materials without much direction but follow direction well for projects where more direction is given. Lifedge is very responsive, driven, and works hard to ensure we are satisfied and frequently asks us how they’re doing and how they can improve their services.
