We are incredibly grateful for the wonderful care and support our daughter has received from the physiotherapy unit. The physiotherapists are kind, patient, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to helping her make progress. They always take the time to explain her treatment and guide us on how we can support her at home. Their encouragement gives our family so much hope and confidence. I came to Kanika and Lifecare Rehab after my MVA, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Kanika was excellent and made me feel comfortable throughout my treatment. Aafia was also great, she handled everything so nicely from the administrative side and always made sure I understood everything clearly. I’m truly grateful for how welcoming and supportive the whole team was. Highly recommend!

I came to Kanika with extreme back pain and could barely walk or sit. After just 3 sessions, I’m feeling absolutely fine and my mobility is excellent. She truly worked her magic. So grateful for her care and would highly recommend her!

I had a lower back pain for a week. My doctor recommended me to this place. I had couple of sessions with Dr. Kanika Alagh. It was a nice experience, she is great at her job. My pain is completely gone after couple of weeks. I would highly recommend this place.

I chose Lifecare Rehab based on its outstanding Google reviews after my doctor referred me for physiotherapy following an ankle injury, and I'm so glad I did. I wanted to share my experience to help others who are looking for a rehabilitation clinic they can truly trust.
From my very first appointment, I received exceptional care from Anagha and the entire team. Anagha completed a thorough initial assessment, carefully explained my injury and recovery plan, and made me feel confident that I was in good hands.
Following my assessment, Kanika became my primary physiotherapist throughout my recovery, and I cannot say enough good things about her. She is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely invested in her patients' recovery. I could see progress almost every day, and the treatments and exercises she selected were both highly effective and gentle - they helped me recover without causing additional pain.
As I gradually started walking more, I developed pain in other areas because I was unknowingly compensating for my injured ankle. Kanika quickly identified what I was doing incorrectly, explained why it was happening, corrected my walking pattern, and adjusted my treatment accordingly. Her attention to detail and ability to continually reassess my progress made a tremendous difference in my recovery. I truly felt that my treatment plan was tailored specifically to me rather than following a standard protocol.
The entire staff at Lifecare Rehab is welcoming, friendly, and highly professional. Since I had to attend appointments during my workday, I especially appreciated how efficiently the clinic was run. I never had to wait, which made it easy to plan my schedule and minimize the time I needed to be away from work.
Another thing I really appreciated was how responsive the clinic was. Whenever I had a question, I could email the clinic and receive a prompt response, which gave me reassurance throughout my recovery.
I am sincerely grateful to Kanika, Anagha, and the entire LifeCare Rehab team for their exceptional care, professionalism, and kindness. They made what could have been a stressful recovery a very positive experience. I highly recommend LifeCare Rehab to anyone looking for knowledgeable physiotherapists, effective treatment, and a team that truly cares about helping their patients recover.

I have struggled for a long time from stiffness and tension in my soulders, neck, back and hips due to being a caregiver. My physiotherapist recommended getting a massage to help alleviate my pain. She referred me to Sam who is phenomenal! He took the time to truly understand the origin of my suffering. His knowledge and abilities are undeniable. He understands how everything in your body correlates with factors you wouldn't think affect your muscles, nerve, tendons, bones etc. Sam is passionate about helping his clients and ensuring that their issues are "heard" even when you don't speak. To me that is the highest praise possible because he is able find the problematic areas by paying attention to the body during your massage. Thank you Sam for helping me heal.

Sam is well experienced massage therapist, addressing all the pain that I’ve been through, especially my shoulder pain after 2 sessions I felt big difference. Highly recommending him for his outstanding service.
Kanika & Anagha is also well trained and experienced physiotherapist, both are working with my ankle sprain (tear ligaments)and I feel big difference after couple of seasons.. I’m starting to walk with less pain. Highly recommend them for their outstanding service.
Receptionist is very friendly and accommodating.

I had been dealing with neck and shoulder pain for a while and decided to try physiotherapy here. The therapist was knowledgeable and took time to understand my issue. The exercises and treatment plan really helped, and I’ve seen good improvement. The clinic is clean and well-organized. Overall, a very positive experience

All good feedback for Lifecare Rehab! I have my FD at Prime Medical Centre so location wise it was very convenient, had my sessions with Ana and she really helped me with my issue and I was all better after 6 sessions, the therapy and the exercises really improved my condition, Afiya was also quite accommodating with my appointments I was offered time slots according to my schedule. Overall a very good and comfortable experience with Lifecare Rehab. Will definitely recommend!

I started seeing Kanika for Pelvic Floor therapy and Sam for prenatal massages in my third trimester. I cannot stress how much they are preparing me for giving birth.
Kanika has been extremely helpful in ensuring that I strengthen my pelvic floor and that I have the proper breathing techniques for labour.
If you are pregnant or have recently given birth, I highly recommend you visit Kanika for pelvic floor therapy and Sam for massage therapy!
