Had a really good experience at Lifecare Rehab. This was my first time seeing a physiotherapist for shoulder inflammation, and everyone at the clinic was super helpful and friendly.
Big thanks to Kanika., she’s an amazing TMJ specialist and physiotherapist. She quickly found the exact pain points, and after about 6–7 sessions my pain dropped from a 10 to around a 4.
Would definitely recommend this clinic and Dr . Kanika 👍

I got my brace from Lifecare and the entire process was very smooth from start to finish. The staff were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. They provide a wide range of services including braces, orthotics, and other supportive devices. The fitting was comfortable and efficient, and I felt well supported throughout. Kanika has been a game changer. I did not even know TMJ could be treated via physiotherapy and Kanika surely knows the pressure points and the right exercises to relieve my pain. I feel so much better in just 3 sessions and I’d strongly recommend anyone silently suffering through this to reach out to her! I no longer wake up with stressed jaw muscles and even stopped using a mouth guard at night!

Dr. Kanika, Jahnavi and other staff has provided excellent physio service for my IT band pain. My experience was transformative. my therapist took a comprehensive approach that addressed the root cause rather than just the symptoms. Highly recommend.

I recently visited Lifecare Rehab and Dr Kanika helped me out with my issue. She is an amazing doctor she patiently listened to the symptoms and after that suggested the course of treatment. She is very knowledgeable and emphatic. My pain was almost gone in 2 weeks. Hands down one of the best physiotherapist in town!

I have never been to physio, so naturally I was a little nervous but the physiotherapists here are phenomenal! So tentative and kind. I have been working with Kanika for about a month now and she has helped me so much! 8 months of pain practically erased in 3 weeks. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them!

I’ve been seeing Samvel for RMT treatments for my right shoulder injury, and the results have been excellent. The pain has gone down significantly, and my range of motion has improved a lot. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the time to understand the issue. Highly recommend him for anyone dealing with shoulder or muscle pain.

Samvel Voskanyan is my masseuse and I have been attending with him for almost 3 months, every second week and he has relieved my shoulder and lower back pain significantly. Out of a ranking of 10, I give him a 12. Cannot speak more highly of this professional. You will not have any regrets in availing yourself of Samvel's expertise - Andrew Ezman.

I recently visited Life Care Rehab after suffering a fracture to the 5th metacarpal of my left hand while playing cricket. After being in a cast for nearly 8 weeks, my hand had completely lost its strength, grip, and mobility. It was stiff, sore, and honestly a bit discouraging.
From my very first session at Life Care Rehab, Kanika made all the difference. She took the time to understand exactly what I was struggling with and explained what the recovery process would look like. What impressed me the most was that by the end of that very first session, I was able to perform movements I hadn’t been able to do since the injury. It immediately gave me confidence that I was in the right hands.
Kanika is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and patient. She knows exactly how far to push without causing discomfort, and her technique is spot on. Her team is just as professional everyone works together seamlessly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients’ progress.
The clinic itself is clean, centrally located, and has plenty of parking, which is a big plus. Appointments always run on time, and the overall environment is warm and welcoming.
Thanks to Kanika and her team, I’ve regained about 80% of my range of motion and around 70% of my strength so far, and the improvement continues every week. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I’ve received here.

I have been seeing Ana for physio treatments and she is exceptional. She focuses on my areas of concern and helps to alleviate my pain. Ana has used her knowledge and experience to create a focused exercise routine that has helped me to prevent further injuries.
I have also seen Samvel for RMT massage therapy and he has delivered very relaxing and therapeutic treatments.

Dr. Kanika is very nice and knowledgeable person. She cared for her patients. She made sure to work on my issues and helped me get better. She is very skilled on pelvic massages and pressures. I had few concerns and pain for a long time. After taking the pelvic floor physiotherapy around 4 to 5 months, I feel much better and stronger.
