Two days ago, trouble started at our house: we noticed a gas smell and discovered that our water heater tank was leaking. A gas inspector found no issues with the gas lines but concluded that the water heater was damaged beyond repair. When I asked whether he could recommend a reliable company to replace the heater, he could not suggest anyone specific. Instead, he offered to review his recent inspections and identify a company that had received high marks for workmanship. That is how I learned about Lidoma. They offered to come the very next day (Sunday). We chose to wait one additional day to avoid paying several hundred dollars for an emergency visit. The service was completed on schedule (both start and finish) and took ~3.5 hours. The work was done very cleanly, with minimal disruption to our household. They required a $300 deposit prior to the visit, and we were able to pay the remaining balance by credit card.

Lidoma was recommended to me by a contractor and was able to solve the problem in an hour. They also followed up to make sure everything was working one week later. Fred came on behalf of Reliance Home Comfort to rewire the system because of inadequate wiring in the past. He worked his tail off for 3 hours to get the wires through to the hvac system. He cleaned everything up and was very courteous an polite Please call him if you need any wiring work done.
