I've used Liberty in the past to get keys copied for work (always excellent), but this morning was my first time getting an unexpected and initially unwelcome home visit. My building had a plumbing emergency and I wasn't there to open the door for the plumbers, so they called Liberty. I got there just after they had drilled it open, but I got to interact with the technician, Kate Ryals, as she replaced my doorknob. She was very professional and courteous, and also friendly. She had to work with the plumbers constantly going in and out and making all kinds of noise cutting through drywall and pipes, but she wasn't fazed and made room for them whenever needed. She spent time gluing some wood shims to the latch opening to make the lock sit more securely in the (old) door, and also took time to tune up my finicky deadbolt. She made sure I had enough keys, including one for the landlord, and tested them all before handing them over. It was definitely not the greatest morning for me, but Kate made it more bearable and I really appreciated her work. Even more reason to go with Liberty next time I need a locksmith (hopefully not for a while)!
Shawn did a great job installing everything I asked him to install! He was knowledgeable and worked fast. Would use liberty lock and security again, absolutely.
