After looking for shredding services for professional documents, I came across Liberty. When I called, I spoke to owner Ryan, who quoted me very reasonable prices, especially if I brought my 1 1/2 boxes into the Lynnwood office. Since I was going to be in the area, I met with Ryan who was really awesome and once he saw what I needed shredded, charged me less than he'd quoted. Only negative is his office is in the midst of several different clumps of industrial parks, so I wish there was better signage. Otherwise, I'll be using Liberty in the future to scan wedding pictures. Outstanding customer service!!!

I’m absolutely blown away! I needed an oversized pen-and-ink drawing scanned for use in making a gift for my dad and wasted an hour at a regular copy shop trying to figure out how to get it done when every scanner the copy shop had was too narrow. I googled “oversized scanner” and came up with a glowing review praising Liberty for scanning a large piece of artwork, so I headed over to see if they could help. Well, the glowing review was absolutely right and my review will now glow too: Ryan at Liberty not only gave me clear scans of the whole drawing in about 5 minutes, but when he heard what it was for he refused to accept payment. I contacted Liberty Scanning in regards to digitizing some old VHS tapes and hundreds of old family photos and awards/degrees. I asked for quotes from half a dozen other services in the area and Liberty Scanning had among the most customer friendly prices. Based on their pricing and their reviews, I decided to go with them and I could not be happier with that choice.
The project was for my fathers Celebration of Life event and they took great care of our cherished family memories. We were also on a tight schedule and Liberty Scanning exceeded expectations by completing the work earlier than expected. They made the process so easy, coming by my house to pick everything up and then dropping everything off once they had completed the project.
Everyone I spoke with or had email exchanges with were great, they were professional, kind, and helpful. It was just a great customer experience, I can't recommend them enough.
