There was a glitch in the automatic delivery scheduling so we ran out of gas, on a Sunday of course. But hats off to the Liberty Gas team. Jerry was on the job and checked that everything re-started. The office called first thing Monday to follow up. IMHO you only get that type of service from locally owned businesses. For me, service takes priority over price. With that in mind, we are happy to be a Liberty customer

Please, check your invoice and their rates - I felt robbed. They charged me the double rate 4.6$ at gallon vs $2.7 current price. This was in the last 3 months - but they have probably been doing this for the last 4 years. When I called they replied: "there has been a mistake. We will return $100". This is robbery and I will report to authority. Please, do the same.
Professional. Knowledgeable. Courteous. Everyone I have encountered from Liberty exhibits these traits. Matt Balzafiore, who serviced my furnace yesterday, is another example why I highly recommend Luberty.

Julian from Liberty Gas came to find out why I had no hot water and the burner kept going off. He was very professional and went above and beyond to find out what the issue was. Even though he got the burner back on he still called a Specialist he worked with and sent him pics and asked questions to find out why it keeps happening. They are all very nice, professional and caring people everyone I have talked to or has come to my house. I highly recommend Liberty Gas. Thank you Liberty!

A shout out to Liberty Gas Service and their very professional employees who this morning removed my 500-gallon propane tank that was hidden in my wooded yard since 1964. The removal was in an area that was very difficult to access with such a big truck. There was literally two inches on either side of the truck between my fence and tree stumps. The two gentlemen were calm, professional and removed the 40% full tank with precision. Two other propane companies I randomly called before Liberty refused to take on the task. I'd recommend Liberty any day!

A wonderful job done by all. We had an old buried propane tank. It was a safety hazard that our previous provider failed to alert us to. In addition to the safety risk it was a potential insurance issue. Liberty identified the problems and came up with an execution plan that worked perfectly. Katie, Matt and Kevin guided us through the process. They were very patient and flexible with our scheduling issues and unbelievably nice to deal with. So glad we made the switch!
