I have been struggling with off and on shoulder/neck pain for years and after seeing her for 6 weeks I have finally been able to get back to some of my fun hobby activities with no pain or aggravation to my neck and shoulder as a by product. I had been getting bad headaches on and off for months The headaches were starting to turn into migraines stemming from my neck I started to noticed. I found liberty bay on google, called and made an appointment for the next day! I was very pleased with these being that I was tired of being in pain all the time. I was seen by this very nice young woman. She heard my concerns and i could sense her empathy for me. After getting two small adjustments, my pain level was lower. She also gave theses pressure point massages that I never experienced at a chiropractor. What a game changer. Massage therapy and chiropractic therapy in one. Just really helps with my mind and body. Since stress causes our bodies to break down. Anyway I had 4 more adjustments. They took my Kaiser insurance. The staff are all so very understanding and pleasant. Even when I missed an appointment or was running late. Overall excellent! Thank you Liberty Bay!
Dr. Cassidy McCrea is absolutely wonderful and the front desk staff is always very kind and helpful. Cassidy really cares about her patients and her work, and it shows. She is personable, lighthearted, approaches her work and advice from a holistic perspective and creates RESULTS.

I have had various forms of unresolved chronic pain for years, which I was finally forced to face earlier this year after a back injury that left me unable to walk for over a month. After multiple ER and PT visits and no sustainable help on top of all the odd symptoms I had already been struggling with over the years, I was sure I would be living with some level of chronic pain for the rest of my life. I was then referred to Cassidy, who has significantly decreased my pain and completely shifted my perspective since the first visit. Her intake was thorough and informative and she continues to tailor her approach for my symptoms with a wide variety of techniques. On top of the effective hands-on work, I’ve received great advice and reassurance every session. I leave her sessions with physical and mental relief every time. My back is continuing to improve, and thanks to Cassidy, I have regained hope for healing my body that I didn’t think was possible! Highly recommend!!!!

Dr. Cassidy McCrea is truly changing my life. I first went to see her after throwing out my back, and she was able to rapidly reduce both my pain and recovery time. Since then, I’ve continued seeing her regularly—and the results have been incredible. She has nearly eliminated the migraine headaches I used to suffer from. I’m so grateful for the care, expertise, and lasting relief she provides.
I suffered from severe migraine headaches averaging 25 days a month, and averaging 7+ on pain scale, requiring heavy medication to resolve. I have had chiropractic care in the past, but never got the results I've had with Dr. McCrea. After 2 treatments I started having dramatic results, and am now averaging 6 migraine days a month, but they are significantly milder, averaging 2 on pain scale, and mostly resolve themselves without medications. I am finally able to lead a normal life without this crushing burden of pain!
After 54 years in Michigan, we moved to the Poulsbo area 8 months ago. Since here we’ve discovered a number of wonderful things.

I am not new to Chiropractic care but I am a new patient of Dr. McCrea at Liberty Bay. My first visit she took about 45 minutes getting to know me paying special attention to my needs. During my adjustment she explained every step to me. At 71 years old I learned something new. During my second visit I asked if she would be able to fit me in "if I fell". I have MS and have been known to, dare I say, eat the floor. Three days later my knees decided to stop working and down I went. I called and was able to see her the next day. During that adjustment she took the time to not only explain what she was doing, she explained what damage the fall did. As I also have degenerative disk disease, she took extra time to make sure I was comfortable. I am thankful I gave found her.
I would also like to add Mary and Brianna who work the reception area are warm and welcoming. They deserve a thank you also.
I always have an issue with my right leg being shorter than my left. After EVERY VISIT I enjoy a few days of legs being the same length, thanks to Dr. McCrea. She makes my life easier.
March 5, 2025. Just had my bi-monthly adjustment. I am floating because my legs are the same length, again. My back pain is gone, again. MS creeps back and compromises my walking, shortens my leg. Degenerative disk disease will slowly cause back pain to return. The entire adjustment puts my entire body in a perfect space so my MS pain in my legs disappears for a number of days. I ALWAYS feel better emotionally, there is NO WAY I can not leave Brianna, Mary and Dr. McCrea and not be in a good mood.

Dr McCrea is a knowledgeable, thoughtful and skilled practitioner. I came to her with plantar fasciitis which impacted & limited my activities. After 2 weeks of treatment I was 75% better, and it's gone after 3. Don't waste precious weeks waiting like I did. Also, the staff are uber friendly and accommodating.
I can't recommend Dr. McCrea highly enough. I was looking for a chiropractor and she was recommended to me. I found her to be very professional yet very personable. Shortly after starting with her, I suffered a herniated disc and was in excruciating pain. She assessed my situation, developed a

If you are looking for a chiropractor who really cares and listens and isn't just moving you through as if you were a dollar sign, I can't recommend doctor Cassidy enough.
When I started seeing her, a little over a month ago, I had so much pain in my legs and back from my back surgery. I still go in limping from time to time but every time I leave I'm standing upright and feeling so much better.
I have found my saving grace in doctor Cassidy and her amazing ladies that manage the office for her. Truly a godsend.
I will never see another chiropractor as long as I am in this area. Even if I move out of Kitsap county, I will probably still make the commute because she is that amazing.
I can’t say enough about the whole team. They care so much. They all go above and beyond. I drive from belfair weekly and I will never change. I had this severe pain in my neck for over a year and after mentioning it to Dr Cassidy, she knew exactly how to fix it. Yup I’m happy to say no more pain.
