My first time here and the line was to the door but it moved ok. Ordered a pound of classic chicken salad ($18 lb) and a dozen everything bagels ($22). While I was waiting in line for my order to be filled I was told very rudely to move along and get out of the way for the group behind me. There were a bunch of people in front of me with only a few inches between us. I told the rude man I did not want to get any closer and he rudely told to move along again with a look like he wanted to punch me. Note: the person waiting on me was very nice. When I got home the chicken salad was just ok, nothing to write home about. The bagels were dense and chewy, but again nothing to write home about. In hinde site I wish I had taken a pic of the rude employee and posted it here. So to conclude, very high prices for nothing to write home about food. Update: This is the guy, I refer to him as the Bagel Nazi

Great variety of "schmears". Black Russian lacked the traditional caraway seeds and was on the sweet side. Sesame bagel was very fresh. Good but I will stick to Bagelworks.

Honestly, I was skeptical to try this place because everybody swears that they know the best bagels here in south Florida and it always lets me down but this place was a 10 out of 10. The bagels are the closest thing to New York You’re gonna get!! they are delicious. there’s so many options and you will not be disappointed.

I went this morning around 7:44 a.m. and received very poor service. I just wanted a coffee, but I stood in front of the register for several minutes waiting to be helped. When I was finally assisted, I asked if they had a latte, and the response was short and rude. I then said I would like a small coffee instead, but they gave me a huge plastic cup. When I poured the coffee into the cup, it melted at the bottom. I didn’t feel comfortable drinking it, so I threw the coffee away in the nearest mall trash can. I spent five dollars and deeply regret it. The place is beautiful and cute, but the service is terrible. I will never come back!

Phenomenal. Food. Selection. Friendly over the top Service (thanks Adam!!!!). Yes it's expensive. But the quality makes it absolutely worth it. Sure you could go elsewhere. But is it authentic? Doubtful. You can't beat LIBC!

I really wanted to love this place, but the cinnamon raisin bagels have been consistently over-burnt on the bottom—so much so that the entire bottom half is inedible and ends up in the trash every time. When I politely asked the staff to please select bagels that were less burnt, I was told that the burnt-to-crispy bottoms are “the norm” and that this is simply how the chefs make them. That response was disappointing. Good customer service should include listening to feedback, not dismissing it with a “this is the way it is—take it or leave it” attitude. If burnt bagel bottoms are truly intentional and considered acceptable, then customers should honestly be charged for only half a bagel, since that’s all that can actually be eaten. Otherwise, this is a process issue that could easily be improved by adjusting baking process. Listening to customers matters. Feedback is an opportunity to improve—not something to brush off.

Went to try our this new(for me) place. Very crowded for sure. Bagels that i got weren't hot or toasted but we're very good. Huge on fact w plenty of cream cheese. Will go back to try the rest of their food selections which were in adundance

Amazing! The food is wonderful and their staff is fantastic. We just used them to cater for our son's birthday party. Everyone raved about the food and they did such a beautiful job with the delivery and presentation. Would recommend over and over again and will be using for future events!
