Quality work and professionalism! Ryan was extremely professional and present throughout our installation process a few years ago. However, one of the things that sticks out the most is his availability if we ever have any follow up questions or need something. He doesn’t just sell you windows/doors and then leave you stranded once the work is done. That is very rare to find nowadays. Based on our experience, you will not regret going with LHR.

We hired LHR Windows & Doors (Ryan Sims and Chris Price) to replace our windows and front door, and the experience was excellent from the first meeting to the final walkthrough. Ryan and Chris are two of the most honest contractors you'll ever meet. They were straightforward about scope and pricing, no pressure, and everything they promised in writing is what showed up at our house. The proposal itself was unusually detailed: full-frame ProVia Endure Series windows with the DLA-UV glass package, simulated divided lite grids, custom sizing on most of the openings, expansion foam insulation in every opening, and coil-wrapped exterior capping on all the trim. None of the insert/sash-kit shortcuts you see from other companies. For the door we went with the Ironmax fiberglass slab in black, and it looks fantastic. It completely changed the feel of the front of the house. Scheduling and communication were easy throughout. The windows arrived and were installed exactly as promised. The install crew was efficient and thorough. They protected the interiors, hauled away all the old windows, and didn't leave a mess behind. The crews work specifically for LHR, and it shows: 10+ years of experience working in high-end homes, OSHA/AAMA and factory certified, and they back it with a lifetime labor warranty. The part that really sold us was the aftercare. After install we asked them to come back and adjust the caulking and weather stripping on the door, and they did it without a hint of complaint. The door hardware was genuinely hard to source, an odd size that we couldn't find anywhere, and they tracked it down and helped us order the right one rather than leaving us to figure it out. Honestly, the house just feels different now. Quieter, brighter, and the curb appeal is night and day. The neighbors have noticed too. Billing was clean and transparent the whole way through, invoiced in stages and paid by card with no surprises. We would not hesitate to recommend LHR to anyone doing windows or doors, and we look forward to using them again when we do the next phase of the house.

We got multiple window quotes from other companies and each appointment took over an hour. Ryan was the only one who did not hold us hostage for an hour and the conversation was more informative and enjoyable than all of the other long winded quotes. He was the only one who didn’t talk at us, but with us. Breath of fresh air. He gave us houses to go look at as examples of his work and answered all of our questions. Very happy with our service so far!

I highly recommend LHR. Ryan (the owner) was a pleasure to work with and was involved from start to finish (shows he really cares). He and Stephanie (the administrator) were easy to communicate with and were always quick to reply. The installation team was very friendly and professional. They were great and had 22 windows installed in 1 day. There were a couple minor problems discovered after the install and they showed up a few days later and addressed them. I would not hesitate to use them again and plan to have my doors replaced by them in the near future.

When we decided to replace 13 windows in our 30-year-old home, we got 4 quotes, from expensive to unbelievably cheap. LHR's quote came right in the middle. What really sold us was how honest and knowledgeable Ryan Sims, the owner, was. He didn't put any sales pressure on us and didn't make us feel like we had to make this very expensive decision quickly. The other companies made me feel like they wanted me to make that decision right on the spot, which I didn't like or appreciate. We signed a contract with LHR this afternoon, and we have full confidence that they will do an amazing job. We look forward to getting the finished product!

And as with the windows, the door install was thorough and well done. One of the installers said they had worked for Ryan for seven years. He has a great crew implementing great product. Cannot recommend Ryan enough! Very easy, quick, and completely low pressure appointment. Unlike other companies we met with, we did not have to have both spouses present and he wasn't a "salesman" using pushy sales tactics.
