Lexington Surveyors Limited is efficient and has great customer service. They responded to emails promptly and arranged a survey quickly. We received a courtesy call just before the survey and the report within the promised time frame. We paid for a survey, which included a drone. Unfortunately, the drone couldn't be carried out due to aviation restrictions. However, the report received was very detailed and concise. We also had the option to discuss any queries after receiving the report. Overall we are pleased with their service.

I got Lexington Surveyors details from our estate agent and as soon as I spoke to Ben on the phone, I knew we would choose them. They were extremely professional and as this was our first home we hadn’t done this before so needed a lot of advice and direction from them. Ben was very knowledgeable and understanding of our position, he then passed us over to Diana to help us proceed and she was extremely punctual with her responses and kept us informed throughout. I recommend Lexington Surveyors when buying your next property!
