Really bad experience with those plumbers. We called them after the flood this summer to get advice on our sump pump system. They sent us an inexperienced young man that needed to call his boss every 5 minutes to confirm everything he was saying, ended up giving us the wrong advice (as confirmed by another plumber we called after this bad experience) and charged us around 300$ for an hour at our place and only checking one valve, not doing any actual work. I recommend calling someone else if you have an issue, unless you like to like to be charged for no service.
Wow! What an amazing team at Levine Bros Plumbing! From their exceptional customer service to the highly skilled plumbers, every aspect of their service is top-notch. They call before arriving and maintain a high level of professionalism. Tom, in particular, was incredibly knowledgeable and efficient. He quickly resolved all our issues and even pointed out other potential problems along the way. I can't say enough good things about this company. A+ all around!
Jared did a fantastic job! He was honest, knowledgeable, hard-working, humble, and trustworthy. It was a pleasure having him in our home and I feel confident that he solved our plumbing problems.
He went below the surface and really got to the core of the issue(s). He didn't leave any stone unturned (I wish I could say that about the plumber we hired previously).
