They took the time to answer all our questions, kept everything clear with no surprises, and delivered exactly what they promised. The installation itself was clean, efficient, and completed with great attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company that combines integrity, quality, and great customer service so well. Tyler with Level Up Solar was very knowledgable about their product as well as his explanation of all paperwork required, and the process from start to finish. I was concerned about putting solar panels on my metal roof and wanted to insure there would be no leaking. We went up on the roof and Brett showed me just what would be done to prevent any leaks. The Level up install crew was very helpful and friendly during the install and they were able to answer any questions I had. The electrical wiring from the roof to panel was done very neat and cleanly, and upon completion of the install the site was left very tidy. It was so handy to have all of the permits needed for the install taken care of by Level Up. Once the job was complete and inspected all I had to do was contact my electricity provider and we were up and running.

If you're looking for solar panel installation in Calgary, I highly recommend reaching out to Tyler the owner of Level Up Solar. After getting several quotes from different solar companies, their pricing was the best and their communication was excellent. The knowledge and information I received from Tyler was vastly superior to other companies. They showed up on time and made the whole process simple, including guidance with the Clean Energy Improvement Program. What really sets this solar company apart is their after-sales service. Within the first 90 days I had a couple panels fail, and when I reached out they had them replaced within days with no hassle. Anyone can install solar panels, but great service after the installation is what matters. Level Up keeps their solar panel installation team in-house instead of subcontracting installers out, which is why their support is so strong. If you're considering solar panel installation in Calgary, I would absolutely recommend Level Up Solar.

They went over the process and provided the name of a contact I could call for more info. The installation team was great, cheerful and completed the installation efficiently and answered questions regarding panels and the electrical connections. Fantastic experience with Tyler and the Level Up team! I originally hired them to install a 9 kW solar system on my new home. Just a week before the installation, the house was hit by hail, so I had to put the project on hold. Since Level Up also has a roofing division, I reached out to Tyler to see if they could handle the roof replacement as well. That’s when he introduced me to Brett, who was awesome to work with—very responsive, knowledgeable, and always kept me updated. They ended up replacing my roof, gutters, and fascia before installing the solar system. The pricing was very reasonable, and the team went the extra mile to accommodate all my requests. They even did a magnetic sweep every day and made sure the work area was spotless before leaving. I’m extremely happy with the results and have already recommended Level Up to my neighbor, who’s now getting his roof replaced too. 100% recommended for both solar and roofing work!

We just got our solar panels installed this week. Everything about this company was excellent. Communication, information received, preparation - all was top notch. When we booked them a few months ago, they said they hoped to have the installation completed by the end of March. They were finished by February 2 and it only took them four days to install and hook up our 26 panels. I was impressed with the very clean lines, non-exposed wires, critter guards and electrical tie in. We both really liked the guys doing the install (Brett and Blake). They were very respectful of our space and our neighbourhood. On more than one occasion, different neighbours commented to me how respectful Level Up Solar was to them when they were out watching the installation. We really love the app where we can see how much energy each panel is producing live. Update: That was last year. We moved again and we again used Level Up to get solar panels. They also specialize in roofing, so we had them redo our roof first. They were fantastic. Everything went as planned. Their communication is excellent.

We gave them 5 stars because they really deserve just that ! Very professional from the presentation of their product , to the installation of the solar panels. Kept me informed as the process moved along . Who to contact etc. Arrived the appointed day , completed installation of 14 panels and got the system working that day. Helped me install the Shared Value Energy app on my computer & tablet . We recommend this company to install your next solar panel installation . Found their pricing was reasonable! The system was installed June 26 , has worked perfectly the last two months .

Professional, courteous, punctual, tidy, friendly, everyone was just so nice. They walked us through all the red tape & did most of it for us.
