My air conditioner abruptly stopped working last weekend, and I was worried it would be a horribly expensive and time-consuming issue. Nope! Jesse from Level 9 diagnosed the problem and repaired it within an hour. Since it was a warranty covered part, it wasn't as expensive as I feared. While he worked, Jesse explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. Now my air conditioner is cooling again, and thanks to Jesse's explanations, I have peace of mind that it will stay that way.

Our 30 yr Hvac was living on borrowed time and worrying the system may stop in the summer, I contacted my system maintenance company Level 9. Met with Ben Pence, the salesman for Level 9. Brad is well versed in the Hvac systems and explained every aspect of the system to my full understanding, even repeating himself for my 60 yr old mind. I chose the Ameren fast trac pays program which truly helped with the initial set up costs. Installation began promptly at 7:30 am and wasnt completed till 4:30pm. The Level 9 technicians Ryan Jones and Russell Thomas were very professional, courteous to me, the home owner, answered all my questions throughout the day. Both were very conscientious and efficient. Great teamwork between these two technicians. At the end of the day, both technicians were still getting temp regulated in the home and didn't want to leave till it was at peak performance! That's top notch customer service and exactly why I have continued utilizing Level 9 for my Hvac system. You cannot beat this level of service with any other company locally. Thank you LEVEL 9 !! Cameron put freon in the AC unit explained the age of the unit AC and heater very professional. Kyle came today to give us a estimate on replacing both units. He also seems very professional and knowledgeable of what our needs are. Thank you Level 9

I had a heat pump, air exchanger, 2 toilets, and a heat pump water heater installed. I am paying $25 per month to have two AC visits (spring and fall) for HVAC maintenance as well as one visit to check on the water heater. Today, I learned that Level 9 no longer does plumbing and that my water heater will no longer be supported. Level 9 did not inform me of this latter situation. I had to learn about it from a call made by me for scheduling the spring AC maintenance. My water heater uses a heat pump to heat the water, a system costing more than just a normal water heater. This investment is threatened by the failure of Level 9 to perform an annual maintenance on the unit which I feel was paid for by the monthly payment. The 3 stars are for quality HVAC and water heater products and installation. The lack of two additional stars is for no longer supporting the water heater maintenance, the failure to notify me of same, and the failure to either provide a service to justify the current $25 monthly payment or to lower the payment for the lower level of service.

I recently discovered that my blower was not coming on when I turned on the air conditioner. I called Level 9 early the next morning and was able to leave a message with a virtual assistant that sounded very real! Dispatch called me as soon as the office was open and a technician was available come out within two hours. We are subscribers to their yearly maintenance service. Service technician Justin arrived on time and had to do some trouble shooting and explained what he was doing along the way. He was very friendly and was able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I recommend Level 9 to anyone looking for Heating, A/C and Plumbing services.

I received a call stating the repair man was coming. He arrived shortly after the call. He was courteous and stated his name. He went right to work and in a short time explained the problem. The part was ordered and he explained the rest. Very good experience. Thank you.
