I recently had Luca and Vinh in to discuss some changes I was wanting to make in my condo. I chose the 1.5 hr design consultation and it was a great experience from start to finish. I felt they listened and really understood my style and what I was looking to achieve. Having spent months mulling over different ideas in my own head it was a huge relief to get some feedback and advice on lighting, storage and decor. They confirmed some of what I had been thinking but also offered other Ideas or solutions. As well, both during and in follow up to our meeting, they provided information on resources to help execute my vision. The whole process felt very collaborative and it was well worth the investment. I feel more confident in my choices and avoided some costly mistakes. I would highly recommend them.

Initially, I have reached out to Level Studio team for a full design project. After reviewing our requirements, the team proposed that we do a design consultation instead. After spending 1.5 hours with Luca and Vinh, I felt that was the best money I have ever spent. First, Luca and Vinh moved around some furnitures, and instantly increased my usage rate of them. Secondly, the team gave detailed descriptions and purchase links to the type of furnitures that would help us to make our bedrooms more functional and providing more storage spaces. Finally, the dynamic duo taught us principles in using an art piece to anchor the color theme of a room, and relative proportions of furnitures. I would 100% recommend Level Studio!

My husband and I recently moved from Vancouver to Toronto and purchased a loft in an old candy factory. It had a lot of potential, but was in need of renovation. I did research on several design firms and landed on Level Studio. From the first time we met and all the way through the end of the project, it was magic. The team really listened to what our vision was and they also brought some amazing ideas to the table. We really liked their project management from start to finish...it was seamless, thoughtful and very step-by-step. We are beyond thrilled with how our dining room, living room and kitchen turned-out. Our condo recently underwent a renovation, and while we had our furniture newly purchased and in place, we found ourselves at a standstill—unsure how to make the space feel polished and whether we had made the right choices with what we already had. One thing we knew for sure: design and décor decisions can quickly become expensive mistakes. That’s when we decided to hire Level Studio for guidance. We had a fantastic experience with Luca and Vinh! The 90-minute consultation is flexible—you can focus on the rooms of your choice and ask the questions that matter most to you. Thinking about what you want to achieve with the session and going in prepared, will definitely help you get the most out of your consultation. After our session, we felt much more confident in pulling together the finishing touches for our home. Luca and Vinh walked through each room, offering thoughtful tips and creative suggestions that will truly enhance our space. Their keen eye for design, impeccable taste and ability to recommend pieces that fit our style made the process seamless and enjoyable. The links and information shared - products, ideas, recommendations and tradespeople - were thoughtfully put together and well organized. They also helped us work with what we already had in instances where something we had was fairly new and not ready to be swapped out. Design consultations can be costly, but in our case, we easily made back our consultation fee simply by avoiding potential mistakes ("don’t need" or "don’t do’s") that we might have made on our own. Plus, the "do’s" they recommended came with a range of price points, making them practical and achievable without breaking the bank. We have worked with a number of very good and well known builders and designers in Canada and the US, and Level Studio is absolutely outstanding. My husband and I purchased a condo as a “pied à terre” for the two of us, and it needed renovations, design and furnishing, but we live in another city. After searching, we found Luca and Vinh and from day 1 they were so responsive. I called them over the holidays, before we had even bought a place, and they got right back to me with great advice on the condo market, what to look for, etc. They gave me numerous references, all of which basically told us not to hesitate working with them. And I see why. They had a key to our place, engaged with us both live and remotely, did an amazing design in close collaboration with us, then proceeded to take care of everything, from engaging the condo board, sourcing all materials and workmanship, even being at our place for things like TV deliveries. And, they are exceptionally kind and caring people. The combination of design creativity, implementation perfection, budget management, time management and genuinely caring customer service was the best we have ever experienced.
