Absolutely amazing experience with Let’s Go Surfing Byron Bay! A huge thank you to Guido, Freddie and Luke for being such incredible instructors. They were patient, encouraging and taught us so much. I’ve also had lessons with Let’s Go Surfing in Maroubra, but Byron Bay was on another level. I genuinely feel like I learned far more here and left feeling much more confident in the water.
The whole team created such a fun, welcoming atmosphere, and every lesson was packed with helpful tips and personal feedback. If anyone is thinking about learning to surf anywhere along the coast, I would choose Byron Bay every single time. Thank you for such an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to come back! 🏄♀️🌊
We had a surf lesson with Tim this morning and he was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, he was friendly, encouraging, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly, making us feel comfortable and confident in the water, regardless of our experience level.
Tim’s enthusiasm and positive attitude made the whole session so much fun, and his coaching helped us improve far more than we expected in just one lesson. He was patient, supportive, and always focused on making sure everyone was safe while having a great time.
We couldn’t have asked for a better instructor and would highly recommend Tim to anyone looking to learn or improve their surfing. Thanks Tim, for an amazing morning, you’ve made a couple from Birmingham very happy! :)
I was really disappointed with this surfing lesson. The instructor seemed rushed and spent very little time explaining the basics before sending beginners into the water. There wasn't enough individual guidance, and it felt like safety was not given the attention it deserved. The equipment was also in poor condition, with worn-out boards and uncomfortable wetsuits.
For the price, I expected a much more professional and engaging experience. Instead, most of the lesson was spent waiting around, and I left feeling like I hadn't learned much at all. I wouldn't recommend this lesson to beginners looking for a supportive introduction to surfing.
