An unsolicitated review from a previous student….
If you’re looking for all that is “good” about traveling, such as cultural immersion , friendly companions, well thought out use of precious time and a true hands on cooking experience, then sign up right here. Yetunde is the quiet presence always there for you with the world’s best smile and Illaria sparkles in every way. Well, really they both sparkle. Both are professionals in the best sense of the word. Go for it. You will agree all that I’ve said is true and you will be forever enriched by the adventure.
C’était super!! What a great experience. We took a group of university students for a croissant class today. 18 people total split across the two kitchens. Both chefs were accessible, friendly, and passionate about their craft. Reception was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the experience and learned so much. I also enjoyed the glass of champagne and the delicious treats we made. There were also lockers to store bags and such so you could bake worry free. Highly recommend.

Thank you, Ashley! We're delighted your group had a wonderful time and appreciated the class and facilities. It’s gratifying to hear how much you valued the experience and our team’s efforts. We hope to host you again!
I had a fantastic week in Seville, everything was perfect! The accommodation was lovely and in a great location. The cooking classes were well planned and the food was delicious. Making Paella on the rooftop terrace was a highlight. We also had a great range of other activities including a visit to a boutique bodega, an interesting history walking tour, a flamenco lesson, visit to the Royal Alcazar and a truly memorable Flamenco evening. We also had plenty of time to explore Seville at a nice pace. Well done to Yetunde and the team for putting together a great week.
I attended the "croissant en famille class" in english with my 8 year old son. We both had an amazing time. We really enjoyed learning how to make French viennoiserie, and also a mystery recipe. Our pastry chef, Sarah, was very kind and great at explaining the different steps. We went home with a bag full of treats and some great memories.
My daughter and I recently took a cooking class with Fabrice on December 17 in Paris and the experience didn’t disappoint! We woke tired and unsure BUT with only four people in our class, the experience was a true delight in every way!!!
We first went to the Parisian markets - poissonerie, boulangerie, and even to the cheese market. Our group had to agree on the menu we would prepare and shop once we agreed. I think if the group were larger, this might be difficult, but our group came to an easy consensus with Fabrice’s guidance. We learned various techniques and strategies and took an active hand is preparing our four course meal, which we then enjoyed as a group with Fabrice, Christian, and Sarah.
The experience gave us knowledge, was very fun and engaging, and our meal, paired with wine, was delicious ! I highly recommend this activity.

SEVILLE SPAIN 2025
The week in Seville was an awesome experience. Our accomodations were well situated in the heart of Seville. All within walking distance plenty of shopping dining and feeling like a local Sevillian Our cooking experiences included going to the local markets and making delicious meals to include paella gazpacho sea food meals and yummy deserts. The staff chefs are great making for a wonderful learning culinary experience. I have been on the Paris tour and both have been equally great. The daily itinerarys are busy but there is time for yourselves as well . All you have to due is come cook eat drink wine and relax . Yetunde and Eric are the best!
We had an extraordinary experience on November 12 with Fabrice leading the Market Tour & Cooking Class session. Not only we learned tons of practical cooking information, but the experience was fun and full of laughter. The other six people who participated in the class had great personalities and we all seem to get along very well.

Thank you, Loly, for sharing your wonderful experience with Fabrice in the market tour & cooking class! We're so glad you had fun and enjoyed the company during the session. It’s fantastic to hear the day was both educational and enjoyable for you.
Marie Antoinette class with Chef Sarah was a great time. Chef Sarah was so knowledgeable and professional. She taught us tips and tricks, ways to trouble shoot common mistakes, and even how to adapt the recipes so we can recreate for friends with dietary restrictions. Chef Sarah kept us engaged and involved throughout the class (4hrs). We were also give to go boxes and encouraged to take as much as we wanted of what we made in class home—the was A LOT.

A great week of learning and exploring in Seville
We are enthusiastic repeat customers of Let's Eat the World, and this week in Seville was the best yet. A nice balance of cooking, eating, and experiencing all that Seville has to offer. Truly an opportunity to learn about the non-touristy Seville and its cuisine. Limited to 8 participants, you quickly become part of a team of enthusiastic visitors and cooks. Chef Sam and our guide Yetunde provided a week of interesting and delicious experiences.
Amazing 3 day Bread Baking Course!
I did the three-day sourdough baking course with Let's Eat The World in Seville and it was beyond my expectations. First of all, Yetunde and Eric are such kind and caring people. Everything was well organized and there was a comfortable, warm atmosphere. I learned so much in those 3 days! From how to ferment (for a sourdough starter) to how to make a baguette. It was accessible to all levels as there was plenty of room to ask questions. Chef Eric was very patient. And the bonus was that each day ended with a healthy homemade lunch and we got to take home the freshly baked goodies. At the end of the course, we received all the recipes in the mail. I would 100% recommend this course, especially if you have never been to Seville before, because the city is truly amazing. So beautiful and easy to get to by train via Madrid. I would sign up for a follow-up course without hesitation! I've been baking at home ever since I took the course, so I have homemade bread every week!
Thank you to Let's Eat The World Seville for a wonderful week of food and fun. Be prepared to learn a whole lot about the culinary traditions of Spain in a magical setting. A shout out to Yetunde for making sure all ran smoothly and a great big THANK YOU to Chef Sam. He is a wealth of culinary knowledge. A special highlight was the day we spent making paella on the rooftop terrace of the home we stayed in. See you all again in a few years to do all again. Thomas.
Be Prepared To Learn A Whole Lot About Spanish Cooking.
Thank you to Let's Eat The World Seville for a wonderful week of cooking and fun in the most beautiful city in all of Spain, Seville. Thank you to Yetunde for making all run smoothly and a big THANK YOU to Chef Sam for sharing all his culinary secrets. See you all again soon for another giant paella. Thomas
Fabrice and the team were wonderful. We had a great time prepping, cooking, plating, and eating. The family was fully engaged the whole time, learned some new skills and kids ate foods for the first time (blood sausage?? Patê?? Mon dieu!)
Excellent food and conversation. Get out of your comfort zone!

Thank you, Craig! We're thrilled your family enjoyed the experience and tried new things. It’s wonderful to hear everyone was engaged and adventurous—blood sausage and patê are definitely memorable firsts! We hope to welcome you again soon!
The 3-Day Bread Baking class was by far, the best cooking class I have attended. I have participated In a large number of cooking, baking and pastry classes and found this one to be head and shoulders above them all. This class was a deeply immersive, and hands on experience that taught me so much about the nuances of making good bread. Chef Eric is an exceptional teacher who was very patient with us and ensured we understood every step of each process. He and Yetunde were gracious hosts and the class was extremely well organized. I would highly recommend it to beginning and experienced bakers who want to learn the art of baking good bread with confidence. Take this class. You will not be disappointed!

Big shout out to Sarah for our class on Friday, we had the best time. Me and my wife arrived for our class to find out that we were the only participants and we immediately worried it would be cancelled but instead we had a really experienced, very funny and extremely talented instructor all to ourselves. Thanks for all the hand holding Sarah, we were so proud of the results. Can't wait to try some of the recipes at home, I'm going to put ganache on absolutely everything now 😁

Our trip to Paris would not have been complete. Our group class was the lunch experience. Chef took us on a field trip to his local markets. Wow and we quickly got to work on a fantastic scallop app, Rabbit entree, and the finale was creme brulee. Fantastic, Fun, and Fabulous food and team. Kristy from team Cindy Kasper US
