Rudy was very helpful in deciding whether I should pay for repairs or purchase a new a/c. He also helped me decide which one I should purchase. I am very satisfied with his service. Francisco and Jose installed this A/C and I believe that they did a very good job and were very professional. I would recommend Leonard Splaine to anyone needing A/C or heating maintenance.

I had an outstanding experience with this company from start to finish. Brad (lead technician) and Jacob (assistant) were professional, knowledgeable, and extremely detail-oriented throughout the entire process. Brad did a thorough job diagnosing the issue and clearly explained what needed to be repaired and why, which made it easy to understand and gave me confidence in the solution. The estimate was later provided by the service manager, and it was fair and aligned with the work that was recommended. What stood out the most was how meticulous Brad and Jacob were during the repair. Every step was handled with care, and they took the time to properly test and verify the system after installation to ensure everything was running exactly as it should. You can tell they take pride in doing the job the right way, not just getting it done quickly. Brad also went above and beyond by taking the time to educate me on the repair, how the system works, and what to expect going forward. He clearly explained the service performed and the warranty on the replaced parts, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s rare to find technicians who are not only skilled but also honest, transparent, and customer-focused. Brad and Jacob absolutely delivered on all fronts. If you’re looking for a company that provides high-quality work, fair pricing, and truly professional service, I highly recommend them — and I hope Brad gets the recognition he deserves for the level of service he provides.

It's a blessing to have a person who is attentive in doing their job well like Rudy. It's unfortunately one technician is highly regarded yet often unavailable because of the customers demand. I prefer Rudy because he is conscientious and we feel we can trust him to be transparent about maintaining our routine services and does not require hand holding explaining about their products, maybe do homework before visiting the customer. Leonard Splaine should do better training and hiring quality technicians as they are growing. The same way you got your customers is the same way you should keep them. Love love Dana, the scheduler, she is always positive and professional.

Brad was sent out to replace my Lennox thermostat that died. The display was out and you could not manually change any settings. Brad diagnosed the problem and installed a new thermostat. He did a great job and now we have a new thermostat.
