I had my hair transplant done at Lenus Clinic last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From the very first contact and booking process, everything was handled with great professionalism and care. The team guided me through every step — from the initial consultation to the procedure itself — and made sure I was comfortable and well informed at all times.
The staff were friendly, patient, and highly skilled, which really helped me feel confident throughout the entire process. Even after the transplant, they continued to provide amazing support and follow-up advice, always ready to answer any questions I had.

Esta clínica ha sido satisfactoria, un trato muy agradable y cordial por parte de todo el equipo, una comunicación por WhatsApp de 10, la flexibilidad para adaptarse a mis necesidades y el servicio de traslados (del aeropuerto al hotel, luego a la clínica, de nuevo al hotel y finalmente al aeropuerto) han sido una experiencia positiva. En cuanto a la operación, todo fue agradable y correcto: me asignaron un traductor de español, aunque no con un nivel muy alto, pero cumplía perfectamente para la necesidad. Fuera de eso, el trato durante la operación fue profesional por parte del equipo técnico que realizó la extracción, del doctor que después realizo la zona receptora con zafiro y, nuevamente, del equipo técnico que insertó los injertos, de los cuales acabaron exhaustos, pero con un trabajo excelente del que estoy muy satisfecho.
Como se comprueba en las imagenes, el transplante se ve que tendre mucha densidad.
Solo puedo poner como pega que pensaba que cubrirían toda mi cabeza, pero no fue posible; imagino por mi nivel de alopecia bastante alta, por lo que me va a tocar realizar un segundo transplante para cubrir la zona no realizada.

¿Por qué seleccioné esta clínica? Voy a contar cómo lo hice yo...
Después de buscar muchísimo por internet y ver la cantidad infinita de clínicas que puedes encontrar en Turquía, opté por encontrar la mejor en calidad-precio.
Dado que soy analista de datos, opté por basarme en análisis y no en reseñas emocionales. Empecé descargándome todas las clínicas que podía encontrar en Google Maps mediante scraping, y me sorprendí: en Turquía superan las 1.000. Después, filtré las que estuvieran en Estambul y tuvieran una nota superior a 4.5. Ante tanta cantidad, opté por realizar scraping de todas las reseñas de Google Maps, y lo más importante, analizar quién realizaba la reseña en base al número de reseñas realizadas en su vida.
Una vez que tuve los datos, saqué mi propia nota, dando más valor a las que tenían muchas valoraciones y penalizando las de quienes solo habían votado una vez.
Teniendo mi Excel a punto y con un listado de unas 100 clínicas, monté mi CRM en Airtable en base al Excel, y de modo manual contacté por WhatsApp a las clínicas para saber los precios.
Y en base a mis criterios, esta fue la mejor en calidad, seguridad y precio según mi presupuesto.

From the initial enquiry online to the final procedure everything has being perfect. The communication is fantastic and they are always at the end of the phone for any questions.
The thing that drew me to Lenus clinic was positive reviews and professional communications upon the first enquiry.
the package deal I opted for was perfect. I decided for the £1700 option and after my online zoom meeting and conference it was decided that from my scalp I could have a graft of 5000 follicles way more than what I was told in the UK.
I actually ended up with 5400 grafts so I’m more than happy.
They arranged the accommodation and luxury transport from the airport to the hotel and visits to the clinic.
All the doctors and staff speak English but my interpreter Beyza was there by my side the whole way to pick up any miscommunication along the way.
Overall I’m so glad I decided to go with Lenus clinic they are such an amazing company that makes every thing stress free and simple

The Lenus Clinic is great !. All of the ataff was prompt, attentive, courteous, and knowledgable. They cared so much about me and even postponed the procedure one day since I had a difficult trip getting there. I am very pleased and will recommend to anyone needing some hair work.and transplant.
Stop giving high reviews!!! The only way these clinics can get better, is by us being honest and by telling them what they are doing wrong.
High reviews will keep sending clients to them without them fixing their issues. Lenus Clinic is a 3 to 4 star clinic. Some discrepancies should be fixed before they become a 5 star.
Could not explain the stem cell procedure. Asked several times, and the response was "it was done". The guys doing the actual procedure were pritty unprofessional joking most of the time, laughing, whispering, was weired.
I bought a Diamond package, it said all inclusive, yet once there, asked me for $800 more to do double stem cells, I did pay it but could not explain how it would be performed....the entire procedure was too rough, they wanted to do it too fast forgetting some details of softness, and care.
Scheduled me in the afternoon, knowing it was a diamond package. We all know by than personnel are tired....
Performed Operation early 2025.
Hair wash was rough, transfers from hotel,airport, and clinic were ok. Translation was mediocre, girls did not know the technical language.
Spent. $3600 on their Diamond all inclusive package, Once there they recommended an extra $800 for a double stem cells treatment, than I bought $550 extra on hair care for another 6 months totaling $4950 and got no receipt for anything, and I asked several times for one. The dermatologist doc was the most normal of the medical staff, along with a nurse doing the procedure. Still wish someone at that level could speak English and explain procedures directly to the client, the translators could not do their job at a technical level.
Went to Turkey with the understanding you are #1 in the world in hair transplants. It was not, sadly your missed it in areas of importance. You should offer a true Diamond package that includes: your best medical team, spending more time explaining the procedure before and during the operation, and dedicating more time to your Diamond clients. many of us would spend more money for such package...
My review was based on a Diamond package that missed several aspects of a Diamond package.
Going to a more established clinic with many more reviews is perhaps a better choice for the ones that look for a true Diamond experience. As it is, the procedure in itself is tough.

Everything worked out as planned... from the first pick up to the last drop off, they have a well oiled machine. The novacain shots were the most painful part of the procedure. There was no language barrier, all went very well... I will definitely be recommending this service to my friends and associates.
I had a good experienced with Lenus hair transplant clinic in Istanbul . Staff were very professional and accommodating. Well taken care by them . Plus the WhatsApp application was very easy to get in touch with them if you have questions . Melissa was very helpful with answering and directing questions . I will surely recommend the clinic .
