Ryan and his team did an amazing job ! Let me start off by saying that the builder could not get us approved through their own system for a new built house. Ryan was able to get approved ! Ryan even offered to share with this major US builder how he was able to approve us. The builder finally gave in and allowed for Ryan and his team to take care of us on the financial side for the new built house. The entire process was really easy. Thief’s This company is not needed you can do the presser yourself you don’t need these people All you have to do is call your mortgage company ask for a mortgage assistance application and they will help Plus you don’t need to give them any money All the document’s that you give Chris are the same documents you would give your mortgage lender Don’t waste your money on trash service Plus you don’t need any money when you are working with your mortgage lender Trust me is just went threw this and this company sucks
